We spent 14 days in this beautiful apartment. It really corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. Air conditioning and the awning over the balcony made the stay very pleasant. In general, the apartment offers all the comfort we had hoped for. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the promenade and the harbor. The car could be parked in a separate garage in an underground car park, so that the car was safe and we could always get into a cool vehicle. The area is very suitable for activities by bike or car. We visited the cities and the markets in Séte, Narbonne, Beziers, etc. That was always very nice. The surrounding beaches are easily accessible by car or partly by bicycle. They are clean and the water is very clear. The contact with Isabelle was always very positive. I'm sure we'll be back!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or more. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses with us, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay to the fullest. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Nestled in a green setting with stunning views of the Tarn below, we spent 3 very relaxing weeks. The place is rejuvenating and remains close (15' by car) to multiple water, cultural (castles) and walking activities. Valérie and Eric are discreet hosts and very pleasant to talk to. Apartment number 4 that we occupied may seem simple at first glance but has all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bedding and sofa. Excellent wifi reception. Stay cool even when it's very hot outside. The large swimming pool and the many deckchairs equipped with mattresses are an additional asset! In short, I highly recommend it, it was great!!

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace where we had all our meals, breakfast included. Private parking appreciated. Located less than 5 minutes' walk from Lazaret beach and 45 minutes from the city center, always on foot. You can easily get to Pézenas, Saint Guilhem le Désert, etc...

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Philippe's apartment is perfect for a stay in Marseillan. Close to beach and shops. You can do everything on foot. Philippe is very welcoming and accommodating, the apartment is nice with a beautiful terrace and clean. Great stay. We'll be back.

Communication with Frederic was neat and proactive. He shared with us local gems and we were also able to visit Montpellier at one of the evening. We also enjoyed the grill and in general the time at the premises. Hope to visit this region next time for a more longer period.
