A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

The house has three bedrooms for 4 people, a spacious cozy living room with sitting area, dining table and open kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. There is a spacious terrace with sunbeds by the water basin and in summer a pergola. There will be no other guests, so you have the entire property to yourself. The owner lives in a different part of the house.
