Family-friendly holiday rentals in Portimão

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

Great location.👌 Ability to leave the car and do a lot of things on foot. The hike along the coast to get to the pretty little fishing village Burgau is a nice reward ♥️ (beach restaurant at the top). Breathtaking views of the sea and the pretty little town of the apartment with private elevator access😁! The restaurants are very good too with lots of choice!! On the other hand, the accommodation would be more than 5* if a refreshment was done (jacuzzi at the end of the race, pergola asking for a renovation as well as the blinds, etc.). We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

My family and a friend stayed here and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The pool was right outside the back doors, and the view was beautiful. We really appreciated the extra touches, like beach umbrellas and a boogie board, which we definitely made use of. The beds were very comfortable, which was such a relief after staying at several other places with hard mattresses. All in all, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back!

Vladimir is an excellent host. Perfect welcome, very human and a lot of kindness. The apartment is located in a quiet oasis in portimao. There is a swimming pool access. For children, it's great. The rooms are fine and the bedding was fine. It takes the car to visit the Algarve. Vladimir's recommendations for restaurants and activities were really appreciated.

I cannot understate how much we enjoyed our stay at here in our first trip to the Algarve region. Mario was very friendly and an excellent host. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, helped us find parking, and provided everything we needed to for our toddler to feel at home. The house is in a perfect location to walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants also. We would 100% recommend Mario and this location.

I cannot thank Carmen enough from booking to arriving! We were a group for a hen party and Carmen’s could not have helped more by sending us recommendations for restaurants and also booking taxis. The villa was great and really secure with plenty of room. The pool was great fun and there are plenty of extras that Carmen can sort! If you are looking this the place to book!! A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My family and I loved staying at Vitor's place. We received a welcome basket with a thought for our children. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and the outdoor space is simply magical and very popular with both adults and children. The village of Fuz is very quickly reached by car. Ideal place to rest and have a little privacy with family.

Had a great 2 night stay at Isabel’s! Perfect location within walking distance of all restaurants in Old Town and within 5 minutes of the beach. Would recommend to any couples staying in Albufeira.

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. Restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Great communication and very helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were completely happy with the place. The apartment was even more spacious than the pictures showed and the bed was outstanding. It was also great that we could use bicycles for free. Luis was a great host, always available and took care of everything.

The lovingly renovated house is perfect for anyone who loves nature and gardens, is looking for peace and relaxation and yet wants to get to know the Algarve. Communication with Jan is quick and uncomplicated - we had the most wonderful time with him during our vacation.

The AirBnB was really dreamy. Great location, beautiful property with fantastic pool and great outdoor kitchen in the middle of nature. If you love animals (like us), this is the place to be. Birgit was a super likeable and attentive hostess. We got super good tips for the area (beaches and food spots) from her and were able to explore the Algarve so perfectly. We felt very comfortable right away and are sad that we had to leave after a super nice week. The Quinta Avalon is a real heart recommendation, especially because of the dogs and cats, for which Birgit offers a great home. We were very pleased to be their guest and would come back at any time. Best regards

Amazing localization, beautiful beach! The place was peaceful, clean, and stylish. One of the best places we've been to, totally recommend!

This is a great villa in a great location, about 3km from the centre of Carvoeiro. If you like walking it's only about 30 min walk to the town or you could get a €5 Uber. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket very nearby. The villa ... wow ... we couldn't fault it. We felt right at home. It was furnished lovely, had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Our recommendation is no need to have pool heated if temps have been 25+. We didn't bother and it was cooler at the start, but like a bath at the end of the 2 weeks.
