We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It had everything you could need and the view from the balcony was better than expected. Check in was easy and the apartment felt very secure. Thanks for a great stay- would visit again

Leiligeheten ligger veldig sentralt i Praiada Rocha, samtidig som den ligger vendt bort fra gaten, det er derfor et sentralt men stille sted å bo. Supermarked rett over gata, og hovedgaten med restauranter og butikker er bare et kvartal unna. Veldig kort vei til stranden. Vi fikk god hjelp til innsjekkingen, og vi fikk sjekke inn litt tidligere. God kommunikasjon hele veien. Leiligheten er lys, ren og innbydende. Det er romslig og fint. Kjøkkenet hadde det vi trengte, wifi fungerte fint og vi sov godt i sengene. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake om det skulle bli aktuelt.

this flat has stunning views of the sea and to catch sunsets as well as hang out during the day on the days you may not want to venture just a few hundred yards to the beach by foot. our group enjoyed the spacious floorplan and two bathrooms. it was very clean and well equipped as well.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Rita’s apartment. I was in town for a wedding and stayed by myself, perfect for one person! It was a couple of minutes from the beach and in the area were nice spots to have coffee with a see view, lunch/dinner spots at the beach. Rita was super helpful, very sweet and messaged very fast when I needed help. Would definitely recommend!

Jose sent clear instructions for check in and Carlos was available to check us in and show us around the apartment. They provided a fruit basket and a bottle of water and the apartment was light and airy. The beds were very comfy and the terrace is a lovely feature. Praia da Rocha is a short walk away, a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants. Jose and Carlos were great hosts - very attentive and helpful and they also provided recommendations for restaurants.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Pools bieten eine tolle Alternative zum schönen Strand um die Ecke. Direkt vor der Tür sind einige Restaurants und Bars sowie ein Supermarkt, super praktisch. Die Parksituation ist sehr entspannt. Wir empfehlen Karines Wohnung gerne weiter und hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort!

Natalia tuvo un trato exquisito con nosotros, incluso antes de nuestra llegada, y eso que reservamos tan sólo 24 horas antes. Respondió rápido a las dudas que me surgieron antes de acabar la reserva, y eso lo agradecí mucho. Nos dió facilidad en la hora de llegada,y nos envió las instrucciones de como hacer el check-in, y aún así tuvimos que llamarla y nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad. El alojamiento a nuestra llegada lo encontramos equipado tal como esperábamos, limpio y allí en el salón tienes un cesto con un montón de recomendaciones tanto de gastronomía, como de experiencias. La urbanización es súper tranquila, la piscina es espectacular. Tan solo hemos estado un fin de semana,pero nos venimos encantados, será otro de esos alojamientos que guardaremos por si la vida nos permite volver,seguro que nos alojaríamos se nuevo aquí. João was an amazing host! He helped us bring luggage in and left only after thoroughly explaining different “hacks” for the space and the local area. He provided us with a list of things we may want to check knout and still checked in most days to see if he could help in any way and provided additional recommendations. The place is also centrally located with lots to do and eat nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Een heel fijn appartement. Het was er netjes en schoon. Blijkt begin dit jaar gerenoveerd te zijn en dat is te zien. Fijn om de auto in een garage te kunnen parkeren. Het heeft prachtig uitzicht, goede locatie en zeker als je een auto hebt een prima uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Portimao. Duidelijke communicatie met de heren van het appartement. Zeker waard om nog eens naar terug te komen.

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist darüber hinaus sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns ganz besonders bei Elaine und Stephen für einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, all die anderen Annehmlichkeiten sowie für die wunderbar herzliche Kommunikation. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter in der Wohnung von Ingmar und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als man auf den Fotos denken würde. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Zum kochen abends und draußen auf dem Balkon essen einfach perfekt! Ein wunderschöner Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem sind in der Umgebung alle highlights der algarve mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast. Vielen Dank Ingmar!

We enjoyed our stay at Sofia's apartment. Location of the apartment is great, walkable to beaches and restaurants. Apartment had a nice pool, we were there almost every day. Sofia was very helpful, and gave us good suggestions about the area. Instructions for checkin was great. Sofia made more flexible check in and check out, which is great as we were travelling with toddler. We would stay again in Sofia's apartment if we are coming to Portimão. Great place to stay for a family.

Très bon séjour dans le logement de Vladimir. Hote réactif, agréable, qui conseille de bons endroits. Le logement était très bien, adapté avec des enfants. Les piscines du parc sont très bien (adaptés aux touts petits et aux petits) avec un snack à côté. Très bon emplacement, proche des commerces et proche des plages. Bref, nous sommes ravis !

We had an amazing stay at Jorges apartment. It is just as the pictures show. Very clean and modern with everything we needed. We were travelling with our 3 kids and really felt at home. Access to outside pool downstairs and 5 min walk to beach. There is a pool cafe on-site owned by a lovely couple, which has tasty food and drinks at great prices. There is also a nice restaurant at the front of the building. Lovely walks along the cliffs to nearby beaches and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was easy at front and back of apartments. 5 min drive to Alvor or to supermarkets. Also Uber eats and Bolt for food delivery to the building. Jorge was very helpful and was so accommodating when we arrived later at night than we had planned. It’s a little slice of paradise and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.
