Stay as expected, the building has a good structure and the apartment is in accordance with the listing. The host is helpful and helpful. The bed is very uncomfortable and I missed a better chair for the work environment, but the gym, pool and double parking space make up for it. The bathroom is very small and the shower needs maintenance. The apartment served my purpose very well (vacation, privacy and silence), but for me to recommend it, the bed would have to be comfortable. The projector is a positive point that served very well to watch content and play video games. I intend to return on my next vacation, I hope the bed has a new mattress =)

The loft is excellent and matches the photos. The only issue was a problem I had at the entrance, as I arrived at the shift change and the staff could not find my documentation, but Filipe was super helpful in resending it to them and solved the problem in less than two minutes. The building workers are also very polite and helpful, giving the necessary information about the place and the surroundings.

Great stay. Apartment fully matches the photos advertised, very beautiful view of the Guaíba river from a huge park. Shopping in front of the apartment with many shops, a restaurant, pharmacy and market. Well ventilated and very beautiful. I recommend the accommodation. Although there is no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom, the air in the living room can cool the entire environment with the doors open.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and super well decorated. It has all the things we need during the stay. We had a minor accident at the house and Denise was extremely proactive in solving the problem, and also concerned about our well-being. I used the first aid kit and I am very grateful for its availability. The apartment is very well located for visiting points of interest on foot and the concierge is friendly and helpful.

There are no words to describe the apartment and the owner. Maristela is to be congratulated for the organization, cleaning, and conservation of the environment. For the cordiality when we arrived, for the treats left. The signs explaining the use of household utensils. Then respond, if requested. Our group of 7 people LOVED every corner of the apartment. CONGRATULATIONS 🌟
