A quality studio with covered terrace for eating out, set in 4 acres of land with gardens and sloping field and the use of large swimming pool 11m x 4. Surrounded by fields and oak trees not far from the chateau of Cornusson and the Abbaye de Beaulieu. Closest town Caylus for shops or the market town of Saint Antonin Noble Val used in recent films and centre for canoeing, climbing, cycling and walking. The studio is good for couples or single travellers. The owners live on site .

Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area (mezzanine not closed and not secure for children!) Wood-burning stove, no Wi-Fi, 4G network. Living room with pool table! At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

Many activities offered, canyoning, via Ferrata, kayaking, hiking trails, Provencal markets and the many riverside cafes, you can also visit the caves including the Chauvet cave, the crocodile farm and savor our gastronomy PS: (towels not included) Pets are allowed only under certain conditions and with our AGREEMENT!!

If you are looking for a tranquil getaway with a magnificent view over a picturesque medieval village look no further! Guesthouse adjacent to the owners' house with a separate entrance. Private patio and swimming pool! The property is not suitable for children under 10 years as the outside area is unfenced. Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.

The Gate House is our guesthouse situated in the heart of the wine village of Santenay. The property lies opposite our house and winery with a shared courtyard with your own area to eat and relax throughout your stay. The house is 70 square metres, with one large double bedroom and one small double bedroom located above the kitchen.
