Holiday rentals with lake access in Austvagoy Island

We loved Camilla’s home. It was spotless, well designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Camilla responded quickly when there were questions and fave is a heads up that there was a holiday shortly after we arrived and that markets might be closed, so we were able to stock up before then. We would love to return someday! Thanks Camilla!

We had a wonderful weekend in Stokmarknes because of incredibly nice hosts. Friendly, they arranged for us to have a good stay and we noticed. The house was well located in relation to the city center, and in beautiful surroundings. 4 20-year-olds will highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we in the Winter there we appreciated the carport attached directly to the house to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located in Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in the nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the northern lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope to come back one day!

The house looked exactly like in the pictures – modern interior, great amenities, and plenty of space. Remi was very helpful and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He prepared a very welcoming space for us, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend him as a host!

Very nice cottage! Simple but nicely furnished, everything is available. The bathroom has been renovated and everything is working well now. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. A pardies for hikers.

Out Lofoten was an amazing way to experience the islands as a big group. Front to back, it was easy to check in, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, sleep in the comfortable bedrooms, get everyone situated, hike from Myrland as a starting point and more. When we briefly had complications in the house, Regine was quick to respond and offer solutions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

The home itself is very pretty, clean, open and light space. We really enjoyed it. The view is very serene. There is not very much nearby, nothing within walking distance, but if you're looking for being able to relax and have a good view this is an excellent choice.

Very pleasant and warm communication. The apartment is located at the end of a residential area, beautifully in the countryside, and you can start hiking directly from the apartment. Even had the rare luck to see moose that came into the settlement. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And the living room is so cozy that you can even spend a real "bad weather" day at home. For many excursions from an accommodation, however, I find it a bit too remote.

Kurt’s is our fav Airbnb host ever!!! he is so accommodating and the loveliest. The jetty was amazing and the views are awesome. We will definitely come back here to stay. Thank u Kurt for your hospitality.

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. He helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that there is a private parking space at the door is incredible. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. I've been using Airbnb for over a decade and have stayed at dozens of places. I've never once written a review however, but I'm making a point of it this time because of how exceptional Kristi and Marit were as hosts. My wife and I were traveling with our two daughters and Kristi and Marit took to them immediately, bringing them freshly baked cinnamon buns and cake that was left after Kristi's birthday. I had many questions during our time in Reine and they proactively answered all of them. Kristi even found me at the coffee shop when I'd forgotten my jacket, somehow knowing I would need it and where I'd be. They treated us like old friends coming to stay. My wife and I are both Airbnb enthusiasts. We've stayed at many incredible places over the years, including many more expensive and fancier than this. Neither of us have ever encountered such warmth, generosity, and thoughtfulness. PS. I haven't even mentioned the views here, but they are also probably the best I've ever seen.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very modern but still very cozy. It also has parking and is close to the supermarket. It has a beautiful view. The host was very helpful and responds quick to any questions.

Lisa's house was really nice and even much better and bigger than the photos expected. Bathrooms were big and luxurious. Communication was quick and smooth.

Super comfortable and cozy place. It’s an ideal location for surfing (and rentals), hiking and/or getting the world’s best cinnamon rolls across the street. Fun facts, Hermann runs a sheep farm, has a lovely dog named Fly and has written published poetry about sheep farming.

What a wonderful house in a perfect peaceful location great for exploring Andøya.

I spent 4 days at Tor Helge’s cabin and had a perfect stay. The place is calm, private, and the view is just amazing! The property goes down to the shore and my dog enjoyed walking up and down to the boat house and smelling the rabbits which I actually saw around. The house is really comfortable with all that you could need. Communication with Tor Helge was very friendly and pleasant and he made sure I had all I needed. He also left a list of places to visit, and I went to most of them, and they were just amazing local gems. I highly recommend staying here and I do hope to come back again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Olsenhuset. Dice roll 6. A great location with beautiful views of the beach and midnight sun. The house was clean, tidy and nicely decorated and contained everything we needed. We got all the info from the host Cato, who was also incredibly welcoming and easy to get in touch with. Lots of nice trips in the nearby area, nice activities such as the grouse/eagle safari and with the beautiful beach right outside the door. A super cozy convenience store with a cafe where you can get everything you need and is 2 minutes away. Absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay in every way and highly recommend it.
