Close to many other nice small towns like Bellville, Cat Springs, ROUND TOP ,Columbus , Fayetteville, Brendan and not to far from Bastrop , La Grange and Austin. A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

We have another rental house listed as "Koch Ranch - Cabin" which is located next door. Many guests rent both houses. They are far enough apart where each house has privacy from each other, but groups are close enough to enjoy their stay together.
