A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

Very nice quiet house with two large bedrooms. There were a few basic products missing in the kitchen (oil, salt, sugar, etc.). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardening), with the possibility of tractors being present.

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and self check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

You couldn't wish for a better host than Arnaud! Proactively check if everything is to your liking, or inform if help is needed. Via the app to respect your peace and privacy, but take the time for a conversation if you want. The accommodation is new and cozy with an eye for details. We felt right at home there! The thick walls keep heat out and you can have a good night's sleep in the lovely beds and good sound insulation. The location is conveniently located in relation to the many attractions in the area. Much has already been written about it in the introduction to Arnoud and Elodie, but if you want to swim in peace, relax on the side and lie in the shade under the trees with a catering facility, go to Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson de Cadouin. The town of Monpazier is also definitely worth a visit! Normally, supermarkets are miles away, but in this place, there is one 900 meters away. Arnoud, Elodie, thank you for the wonderful time!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful property and location, we had a very peaceful and relaxing week. The pool and hot tub were perfect for cooling off during the day and chilling out at night. Sarlat is a short drive away and handy for restaurants and supermarket runs. The nearest Boulangerie is just 2km away and has great bread and pastries. It was very hot during our visit but Amandine’s place stayed cool inside and was a welcome respite from the heat. Great communication with Amandine from start to finish. Thank you!

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I will never be able to stay anywhere else in France. Philip’s villa is a castle in paradise. With pastoral views in every direction, this villa drinks you in like an old friend. The pool is magnificent, as are all the rooms in this lovely home. Bedrooms were air-conditioned with comfy beds and linens. The kitchen was perfect for lots of cooking, the indoor balcony was ideal for meals with gorgeous views, and the living room was great for relaxing in front of the smart TV. Philip was the perfect host .. extremely communicative and helpful. It was a special treat to meet him personally when he stopped by one day to say hello. We also enjoyed getting to know Philip’s father, who happened to be staying close by. Edgar, the villa’s regular caretaker, is one in a million, and made our stay even better. The town of Objat became a regular stop, especially on Sundays at the open-air market. Magnifique!!!!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

i think I've never rented such a clean place and what a pleasure! The house matches the description and even better than the photos. The kitchen equipment is top notch. We felt right at home and it's not easy! Quiet house but shops are 5 minutes away by car. We found the hot tub nice to spend the new year. Thanks to Pauline for his availability and hospitality. Relaxing and refreshing family stay. Do it again in summer for this time to take advantage of the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful accommodation. The accommodation was clean, luxurious and met all our expectations. The environment is beautiful, peaceful and natural and is perfect for a family. The pool was fantastic, as was the view of the valley. It was a pleasure to watch the sun set every day from the pool or balcony. Everything you need in the house for a relaxing vacation is there. Jessyca was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We had a great time and can recommend a stay to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Joanne and Martin’s. They were such wonderful hosts, we felt so welcomed by the essentials and treats that were left for when we arrived and really enjoyed their hospitality on the Sunday night when we were invited for drinks and nibbles with the other guests. The dovecote is beautifully done, with really thoughtful touches and everything you need. We loved that you could walk to Tremolat for dinner and Joanne and Martin gave lots of other recommendations on things to do/restaurants. The pool is beautiful as is the garden (beautiful sunsets), it is also very peaceful and still feels very private (you have your own private terrace/garden). We saw the deer one sunset which was magical. Tremolat itself is a lovely location with lots to do nearby and we loved the fish and chips in the village on the Wednesday night. We’d definitely come back, without hesitation.

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Excellent stay in Fanlac (couple with a dog) Christophe and Karine are friendly, responsive. The village and its inhabitants are peaceful and warm, not to mention little Vanelle. You will not regret your stay with them and in this beautiful region that is the Dordogne. we loved it.

We had a great time in this very cocooning accommodation close to the city center (5 minutes walk around the corner of beautiful alleys), while being in a very quiet environment:) Martine was very welcoming and gave us lots of addresses, while being very available and very kind! We will happily return to enjoy this very pleasant setting in Montignac!

The experience was perfect. Virginia's place and her husband is a haven of peace, we wanted a weekend in the green, we couldn't have asked for better. The newly renovated home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The mezzanine bedroom is very nice, and cool thanks to its stone walls. The perfect bedding. The exterior is beautifully maintained by Virginia and her husband, both landscapers. The terrain is huge, which was the delight of our puppy who was able to run everywhere. No noise nearby is perfect for disconnecting and doing nothing. We really enjoyed the nearby villages / areas full of charms. A big thank you for the welcome, breakfast and everything else!

We stayed at Anne-Sophie's apartment for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. She had thoughtfully provided plenty of information about the town, as well as a lovely welcome gift of homemade apple juice and fig jam, whch was a really nice touch. Anne-Sophie was very helfpul and always quck to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

The little house on the meadow but with all the modern comforts! This cottage enjoys a beautiful environment with plenty of space. It is a little secluded and very quiet. The pool shared with the residents of the other gite, is large and beautiful. Everything is in excellent condition and impeccably clean. This cottage is as described but even better! It's really great for a great family vacation.

It is a great and homely furnished home. Lots of privacy, and beautiful views from really any space! We immediately felt at home. At the beginning we had a request to Nathalie, which was immediately arranged for us, really great. In short: highly recommended, also because it is a perfect base for the area between the rivers Dordogne and the Vésère, near the beautiful town of Sarlat.
