Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

A stone throw away from the A1 leading you to points of attraction such as Stamford, a beautiful historic town center. Rutland water, "the largest man made lake in the UK" that is perfect for outdoor activities. Belton Estate, apart of the National trust. Keen cyclists are able to store their bicycles safely away in our key lock garage.
