The place is in the middle of the buttery eye, when it comes to mountain trips, where you can choose and wreck in both light and more demanding trips. Within walking distance of the house , there is Jendemsfjellet (Altitude 633 m) which has 360 degree views, towards Hustadvika,Ona lighthouse and the healthy tender Alps. Or how about island hopping? The house is newly restored in 2018, and appears as new.

Finnøya is 1.5 hours drive from Ålesund and 2 hours drive/ferry from Molde. Finnøya has a ferry connection in the northeast to Ona and Småge/Aukra. Notholmen was a reception centre for fish in its early years and is now our family's paradise. We are happy to share the unique place with others when not in use. Minimum stay of three nights.
