Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin. Fully unmanaged for self-catering. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels(can be rented if desired)

The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim at the dock. Great hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski trails on Sætra.

The outdoor-toilet provides a 7-meter free-fall experience, and a cable car transports firewood up to the cabin. Badestamp åpen fra høst til vår.

Welcome to our newly upgraded cabin in Søgne, perfect for calm and adventure! Surrounded by nature, the cabin offers easy access to both saltwater and freshwater activities. Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.

Short distance to swimming opportunities in the river. 5 min drive to fresh water beach with jumping tower, sand vollyball and barbecue. 30 min drive to Eikeraben ski resort, and 60 min drive to Bortelid ski center An hour drive to Mandal ,Kristiansand and Lyngdal. If there is snow, you have to walk up the last hill about 300 meters. If you want to rent for less than 2 days.

This is our own family cabin that we use as often as we can, but which we are happy to share with others when we are not there ourselves.
