Very nice apartment, very pleasant. With everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Really next to the beach. Exchanges with Catherine Gres, friendly. The bonus is that there is a dedicated parking space, which, in my opinion, in high season, is very appreciable.

After an uncomplicated key handover, with a warm welcome in the apartment, we felt very comfortable right away. The bright apartment, the spacious sun terrace, the well-equipped and spacious kitchen made our stay very pleasant. Of course, the view of the Phare de Eckmühl was also magnificent. We had a great stay in Etienne's beautiful family home. The sea view is incredible with beautiful colors that change as the weather changes, and the house is very pleasant to live in. Etienne was an absolutely lovely host, very proactive, who gave us fabulous recommendations for walks, restaurants and local shops. We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent stay in a tastefully renovated house combining the old and the modern. Ideally located for discovering the region, you are a 5-minute drive to Kermabec Beach (surf lovers you will be spoiled!) and the village of Plonéour-Lanvern. Don't miss the Percelay shop for its crepes and other Breton delicacies! Small plus of the house - the view from the floor with beautiful sunsets. Thanks again to Bertrand for hosting us. Everything is perfect for a quiet holiday with family or friends on the bay of Audierne: the view is exceptional, the house is carefully decorated in every detail, the kitchen is over-equipped for lovers of good food, the terrace is very pleasant, the garden is well maintained, ... beach and surf spot 5 minutes' walk ... small open-air café and creperie on the port 5 minutes' walk also .... and Yvette welcomes her guests with great kindness and a lot of availability

We did not meet Marie-Pierre because she was traveling abroad during our stay but everything went well. I loved this apartment where I felt like I was at home, even if everything wasn't perfect. Clean but certainly in its original state, a refreshment will showcase it more, even a note for the residence. The rooms are rather large and well distributed, the whole is bright thanks in particular to the south orientation of the main room. The terrace also to the south is rather large for a city center, but deserves a little attention to be really nice. Small central and yet very quiet residence, ideal location for visiting Quimper on foot. The garage is also a plus, as long as you have a small car, otherwise he wants better, if possible, park in the street.

The layout of the accommodation is very good and the view from the terrace (large and well furnished) is magnificent. Everything was great.
