Great location especially for cruises. Good facilities. Restaurants within walking distance . Would suggest inclusion of a step stool as the dryer opening is quite high and visually difficult to see contents. A quicker response time from host would be appreciated for urgent/ time limited queries.( current response time via AirBnB is too long!)

Greet location in Auckland! You’re within walking distance of the wharf area including the ferries, shopping, and Sky City. Very beautiful view of water from apartment’s deck. Jonno was very responsive and his team at QV was helpful. I would recommend this place to those staying in Auckland.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Such a fantastic location with an outstanding view of the water and so close to everything on the viaduct, downtown auckland and Britomart too. The apartment was so warm and cosy despite it being the start of winter. We didn’t once have to put the heating on at all! The bed was comfy, furniture was great and the apartment was spacious and relaxing with a full kitchen, which was so fantastic. It is right on the waterfront so close to lovely heritage walks around the pier and lots of fabulous restaurants and shopping. We also went to Waiheke Island on the ferry, which was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Excellent security and always felt really safe. There is a bottle store downstairs (literally) and a Woolworths Metro within a 5 minute walk. Super-sunny on the deck and a lovely view, even if raining! Thanks so much guys, this was our favourite place to stay in all our visits to Auckland and we would love to come back!

Second stay in Vanya’s lovely flat. Highly recommend for location, amenities, comfort and Vanya was helpful, communicative and welcoming.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and cafes, which made it perfect for travelling with our two kids. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, just as it was the last time. We truly appreciated how easy and convenient everything was. I highly recommend this place, especially for families!

Beautiful apartment as described. Netflix and Disney channels in two bedrooms. Nice welcome pack and some sundries in the fridge and cupboard. A large range of cooking utensils and kitchen wares available. Close to shopping centre with local supermarket, gym, cafe, hairdresser, florist, etc. Unfortunately, the driveway is very steep and may not be suitable for elderly or immobile persons to walk up and down. Overall, beautiful apartment close to shops and harbour foreshore, beaches.

Great place for our family to stay. The host was super helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed and the place was close to many amenities and dining places. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place in Whitianga right on the water. It was very convenient to walk to shops in town, and was extremely comfortably and well equipped with kitchen and two bathrooms. Can be hard to find a place like this with the number of bedrooms. There was a shared washing machine and then a fold out drying rack which we used quite a bit because of the swimming pool and spa being just outside our door. We also used the kayaks several times to have some lovely paddles across the water when the tide was in. The couple managing the property were friendly and responsive for example as someone had pilfered the batteries from the A/C unit remote, they helped quickly get us some new ones. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if we could!

This place was amazing to stay at! The host was very friendly, communication was there and made check in a piece of cake. The location was perfect.. As it’s walking distance to pretty much every shop/store you could need. As for the place, it was everything you could want after a big day out. The couch was extremely comfy. The TV had every streaming platform you could need. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and best of all, the shower was unbelievable good. The whole atmosphere of the place felt very homey.
