It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

House of 60 m2 that can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a main room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Terrace in front of the house + wooded area with table, garden chairs, deckchairs, swing, children's playground... Arrival as independently as possible (key box).

This cottage has just been born in the old sheepfold of an 18th century mansion. Private entrance, garden and parking that overlook a wood. It is warm, sober and comfortable.
