House holiday rentals in Au Sable River

Ive rented alot of air bnbs over the years. So far? This has been the best experience ive had. The house was amazing. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Super well stocked with amenities that most places dont provide. Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and get ahold of. We will be back next year:)

Morgan's place is great for large family stay. we had a fantastic time, grilling, playing cards, sitting by the camp fire, roasting s'more and the whole 9 yards of a typical up-north michigan trip. Kids were busy with lot of board games and ofcourse the icing on the cake was the Arcade setup. He was very responsive with our questions and even allowed additional time for our check out.

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

We had the absolute best stay! Melissa was so helpful in providing recommendations and was very accommodating! The location is stunning and the house is decorated to perfection. The beds were so cozy!! We were absolutely thrilled with our two night stay and will definitely be back!

This home was amazing! Lots of comfortable living space and bedrooms. The pool room is awesome, back yard is beautiful, kitchen is stocked and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was pure serenity, it’s an amazing location for peace and quiet, offering a great amount of privacy. The Wi-Fi reception was excellent, and the TV was positioned well. I appreciated the comfort of not having a TV in the bedroom, and the beds were very comfortable. However, if you need to use the bathroom throughout the night, be cautious of the stairs. Other than that, it’s a very nice location.

The “Riverhouse” is a unique property with the vision of enjoying Mother Nature from the comfort of a home setting.

Debra was wonderful to accommodate our needs to be able to check in and get to our Elk viewing in a timely fashion. House was very clean. The area was beautiful with lots of fresh snow.

Alisha was VERY helpful, communicated very well and quick responses on all questions asked. My crew was in the area restoring power from the terrible ice/snow storm from the prior week. She welcomed us into her home! Thank you again for being able to help us and letting us stay!

Spent Memorial Day weekend in this peaceful home amid the trees and beautiful scenery. The house was spectacular and the responsiveness spot on. Our family didn’t want to leave. Thanks for having us and I hope many others enjoy as much as we did.

We loved staying here so much, that we actually asked to extend our stay! Great indoor and outdoor space. Wonderful amenities and super responsive hosts! The cabin was so clean and comfortable and updated. It was the perfect way to spend time with family and friends! I was very new to this part of the country. So I needed to adjust. But this little house was a great place to do that. Nice bed linens, clean kitchen and bathroom (although small), nice backyard to enjoy peace and quiet. I didn’t use the canoeing / rafting place nearby but I would have liked too. It would be great if an outdoor hammock or rocking chair was added

The place is adorable and peaceful. The decor is cottage cute! Being able to walk out the back door to Lake Michigan for a bonfire every night was amazing!!! Three chairs are set up by the big window with sweeping lake views to chill in the evenings. Just be aware the place is smallish and no dishwasher so I would keep it below 6 people, but it worked out great for the two of us on our anniversary. It was romantic and a super pick!!! You will not be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised!!! :)

Wonderful home with stunning views of the lake—peaceful, quiet, and the perfect setting for our friends reunion. Ivonne’s restaurant recommendations were spot on and made exploring the area even more enjoyable. A great place to relax and reconnect. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this cozy getaway! It was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of games and amenities to keep you busy but also a lot of places to relax and read a book. If the sky is clear at night, the stars are beautiful. Host is very responsive, polite, and she made sure we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing time, our 4 kids loved that they were able to play on the beach area and go fishing. We loved the view and were able to relax and have some bonfires. The house was spacious enough for our young ones and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.
