Lori was very kind and this is a great place to stay if you prefer an Air BNB over a hotel when visiting Purdue University. A group of us were visiting our students for a family weekend and we wanted a place to all be able to gather and this served its purpose really well. We were able to have all of our children and families in one place which made it convenient not only to visit, but to share rides to and from campus.

We had an amazing stay! Felt right at home! The hosts were fantastic and helpful!

Very nice place to stay

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Suzanne’s listing the weekend of the Indy 500! The apartment is spacious, great for couples or a family of 3-4. The space was clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of character and personalized touches. Suzanne and her husband put a lot of thought into the design and amenities, everything from the bathroom toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen made the stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very cute! Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was super convenient to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Suzanne is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and genuinely welcoming. I can tell they care about making sure their guests have an unforgettable experience. Beautifully restored older home. Loved the architecture and mix of modern and old design. Clean, minimalist space. Easy on-site parking. About one mile from campus. Kitchen a bit limited in terms of counter space and seating but we only cooked one meal so we managed. Spacious bathroom. Lori was a timely, friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

Our family stayed here d for a Purdue visit. Convenient parking and easy drive to campus. The amenities were fine. Overall a good experience.

Everything was great

Even you rent for long time, every week the cleaner will clean the common area one or two times. And they helped me a lot including find my physical bank card in the mail box and extended the check out time.

Very well stocked! Everything from shampoo, soap, tissues, towels, snacks, drinks!! I have never stayed in a place so welcoming. Very clean, spacious!

I made a trip to Indianapolis to see the children’s museum which was an hour and a half from this location and coming back there made the whole trip worth while completely out the way by lake shaifer bonfires swimming bar across the street it was perfect

Christine was very quick to respond and fix anything that I need. The apartment was clean. My cat and I had a great time here for our 4 month stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Diadem. The host was incredibly accommodating and was able to welcome me on very short notice, which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout my stay - quick, clear, and respective. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The bedroom was clean, comfortable , and well-prepared, making it easy to settle in and relax. The surrounding area was peaceful and safe, with convenient access to shops, restaurant and public transportation. Finding and accessing the property was simple and stress free, which made the entire experience even better. I could not have asked for a smoother check-in. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be booking this place again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Lafayette! Lori’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was exactly as pictured and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

Peaceful place in the country and a 10 min drive to Purdue. Lots of amenities and bathroom supplies. John went above and beyond with bathroom supplies. Plenty big for big families. It was fun to have activities to do in the evening without leaving the house.

Super clean! Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location for shopping and dining as well. Would definitely stay again!
