Jany's beautiful garden and terrace will offer you all the serenity and tranquility. Ideally located close to Arlon (5 km), Bastogne (38 km) and Luxembourg City (38 km), it is a perfect starting point for your excursions given the proximity of the E411/E25 and the N4.

In Marbehan,we offer a duplex in the annex of the house with private access, equipped with two bedrooms upstairs ,TV, Wi-Fi, shower room, small kitchen equipped with a microwave,utensils,hobs,oven, dining table... we offer a warm family setting,places for bicycles/motorcycles in a garage . crib available... Beautiful bright apartment on the 3rd and top floor of a residence with elevator, located in a very quiet area, 15 minutes' walk from the city center and its amenities, 24 minutes' walk from the train station (immediate proximity to Luxembourg). The E411 Brussels/Luxembourg highway is accessible in 5 minutes, as well as the Hydrion shopping mall. For those who love nature walks, the Attert Valley and Anlier Forest are just a few minutes' drive away.

The studio of +/-70m² is iin the attic and part of our house located in a residential part of Waltzing near Arlon. The studio is completely for yourself. Come and relax in a quiet environment close to the woods. There are bicycle paths, forests to walk through and several interesting places to discover the Gaume and the Grand Duchy.
