Great Chalet with a short walk to the beach, very well equipped, spacious beds, highly recommended for family holidays, would love to come again

The pool, just steps away, is a highlight. Lamya goes out of her way to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing getaway in Sokhna, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

Amazing host and responsive

This Airbnb was different, it felt strange at first because you can instantly sense this place holds l a family’s very special memories so it feels like you’re entering someone’s home. But then, you settle in and you feel the coziness and the warmth of the place, and its like this family is welcoming you to stay at their home :) I only stayed for a night but I would definitely come back for a longer vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Helmy’s Place. The location is simply super— just steps away from both the pool and the sea, making it incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. Whether we wanted a refreshing swim or a relaxing time by the beach, everything was right there. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. From the comfortable bed to the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Helmy’s Place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and well-located getaway. It’s perfect for a family vacation and we will definitely be returning!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this property. The host was extremely respectful, kind, and generous. Not only did he give us an extra night free of charge beyond our original booking, but he also invited us to his home and spent a lot of time chatting with us, making us feel incredibly welcome. He was always available, responded quickly to our messages, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He treated us with such warmth and hospitality, as if we were long-time friends or close family. His thoughtfulness and politeness were truly outstanding. It was a great experience with mohamed he’s a great host and very responsive and helpful , helped us find restaurants near that deliver to the chalet and chalet was same as pictures and very clean and great location between lagoon and beach

We enjoyed our stay , it was near to the pools and a 5 6 mins walking distance from the beach, the house was comfortable kids friendly, the garden is well equipped we enjoyed every second !!

The place felt just like home , everything we needed was available, place is right on the pool and overlooking the beach, the compound is extremely clean and everything is walking distance, the host was very helpful and responsive, would definitely recommend this place for a quite peaceful getaway , you will truly enjoy it here!

The villa is very clean , well furnished and large and Madam hanaa is very welcoming person , supportive and cooperative The village is nice place but the sea is very rocky The only problem in the village that they allow people deom outside to enter and spend the day which wasn't comfortable The villa is great and worth the visiting again

It's an a very quite place for a break with the family away from the city life. The chalet is of a decent size for a small family. The pool is directly in front of it. The beach is also few steps away. The main problem is that the beach is rocky, so it's not for everyone and kids won't enjoy it. Hany is a superb host, every question answered and is always there to help.

Great host & a fantastic place to spend good break with the family. we LOVED it. The hosts were super responsive and helped with each and every step and recommended activities and local restaurants. We highly recommend the place to families and we will be back here soon.

We were lucky to choose Wagdy's chalet to spend a happy vacation and we enjoyed a full view of the sea from inside the chalet and the turquoise sea waters with a sandy beach. The chalet is completely new and very clean, the furniture is excellent, there is a swimming pool next to the chalet and all kinds of food are available for delivery. Wagdy is very cooperative and we recommend the chalet for hosting.

Nadia is such an amazing host, she let me and my friend in, gave us tips about where to buy things and eat. The apartment is so clean and cute with the basic aminities you need for a beach holiday and Nadia is an amazing friendly host.

The stay at this chalet was very nice. The resort and chalet are relatively new and as described. The resort is very quiet with a nice beach. its is a good place to spend a low key quiet weekend with some sun and sea and close to Cairo. The compound is still under construction, but that does not impact the unit and experience of the stay. There are no facilities in the compound yet, but there places close by to grab your food and basic necessities. Nicholas was very responsive and friendly in communication and setting up the access and exit from the unit. I will hopefully visit there again.

Location was easy to find, Ms. Mira(manager) was very kind to react on any request and recommendations, Room service was very kind to help with our baggages to 1st floor(2nd). Apartment is equipped with LG appliances, kitchen furniture Ikea, Everything was in brand new condition. Well managed swimming pool, friendly staff, Beach is very close and easy to get, facilities are nice and clean. In general everything was as expected. I’ve searched a lot to find for my family with 1 year old son, good place with kitchen and close to the beach, and this choice was the best in Ain Sokhna.
