Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Atlántida

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An incredible view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. Quiet and well insulated. The alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket is literally just a few steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can take advantage of that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

Excellent location, spacious, bright, restaurants on the first floor, 24-hour shop just 100 meters away. The apartment fulfills what it promises, in addition to having one of the best views of the old city, the countryside and the sea. The owners are very nice and attentive. I would come back.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: comfortable, clean and well located. The bed is very good, the hot shower works well and the atmosphere is quiet. Communication with the hosts was quick and cordial. In addition, the building offers good amenities such as laundry, gym and 24-hour security. It was a great choice for our stay in Montevideo. We recommend it!

My family greatly appreciated this beautiful, large, comfortable and cozy Veronica space, which was very attentive and gentle in all contacts. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it is in the best location of Punta, in front of the Marina, ideal for hiking, complete local commerce and great restaurants in the vicinity. Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. I fell in love with the studio! Very well organized and what I liked the most were the details that they left us, like the infusions and chips. I loved the place. Well located and with many things to do and above all easy to get to. Very grateful ☺️

Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, it has a park 3 blocks away, the rambla within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby. The concierge is very attentive. Mrs. Jenny is very kind and attentive, thank you very much for everything.
