This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything is thought out in the smallest details to provide comfort and well-being. I felt at home! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back other times.

Always very well received in Caio's accommodations! The accommodation is great! Safe building. Close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants, Avenida Paulista, shopping and more!

We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The perfect location, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all comforts, I felt at home, everything was very clean. Close to a supermarket, restaurant. I highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying the best accommodation in São Paulo.

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

It was an incredible trip, however, the accommodation was a show; beautiful house, mega equipped, beautiful and functional. It far exceeded our expectations and honestly, in person the house is soooo much more charming, cozy and beautiful than it appears in the photos. Delicious, safe place and close to everything we needed. Gilda, who welcomed us to the house, gave us unique attention, it even seemed like a prank, so well we were received and the way we were welcomed (considering the days we have lived in our society). I highly recommend it.

The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Apartment exceeds expectations. Amazing view, everything extremely comfortable, well decorated, quality bed and bath linens, I felt at home.
