Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

Excellent, the house is beautiful and the condominium is safe, organized and with great spaces and services. Luana and Rodolfo helped us with everything and it was a very pleasant and peaceful trip.

Amazing!! Beautiful place, the house impeccable, extremely clean and all very well taken care of, exactly as in the pictures. The place is very quiet and provides a lot of privacy. I fell in love with the view, I could spend days just watching. Lucília was extremely kind, always responding very quickly and kindly. When we arrived she had left us strawberry in the refrigerator, the strawberries were great, sweets. Anyway, everything was perfect!! I'll definitely come back more often.

It was an excellent tour. The cabin is a delight, super cozy and tastefully decorated. Super friendly host and request. And the lake landscape is the most beautiful thing. I loved it, I'll be back for sure.

We stayed at this house to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we couldn't have gone anywhere better to spend these 3 days. The house is compact, comfortable, elegant, complete, with an incredible view and everything you need. We had our breakfast and lunch there and the kitchen served us very well. Enjoying the bathtub in the afternoon with that landscape gave an immense feeling of relaxation and peace. Thiago was very flexible and served us very well. My wife and I would return peacefully.

We love staying at Dona Ilda's house. If the photos are already beautiful. In person, it's even better. A place of peace and quiet. We took our little ones and they loved it, the garden is impressive, we had a barbecue, a fire to roast marshmallows and as if the beautiful and comfortable house was not enough. We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Ilda. She is attentive, very kind, super concerned with every detail and has fun stories. You can go without fear. We'll be back for sure.

My husband and I were simply delighted with Viny's space. Really, folks, the house is built on a rock, with glass walls, which provides an incredible view and a lot of privacy, since there are curtains to ensure comfort. The entire wall is an immense rock, and we are delighted with this unique experience of living in this special environment. Beautiful flowers, picked and placed in glass vases to welcome us, small details that make all the difference.  The kitchen is complete and well-equipped, and the house is cozy, functioning as a true haven. Its location is excellent, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Viny and Mr. Antônio are good people, attentive and receptive. Without a doubt, it was an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone who wants to live unforgettable moments in a unique setting.

I certainly felt at home the moment I walked in. The house is a total comfort, and with a lot of style, charm and functionality! Cooking there was a delight! Very well used space, both internally and externally. And speaking of the outside, what a place! Nature is always in our face, showing us why we have to respect and care for it. A quiet, perfect place for those who want to reconnect, be inspired or just relax. And all this near SP. It was a complete present! I'll be back.

The stay at Casarao Ateliê was delightful! Flat house, clean land, quiet place and surrounded by nature! there is a nice space to make a fire, hammocks on the balcony, as well as a mattress for use during the day on the balcony too (great for taking a nap in the afternoon). the house was super clean, full kitchen! access is by dirt road, but without any problem (I went in a season without rain). Ligia was attentive and available to give tips. for those who want to disconnect in the middle of nature, I highly recommend it!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. The hot tub is very large, very comfortable and works very well. I think it needs to be talked about more in the description, because it was a wonderful surprise for us. The bungalow is actually a house made for the bride and groom, within a complex where there is a ballroom and other lodgings. When there are no parties on site, Vera rents the separate bungalow, so whoever can book the bungalow can stay in a wonderful location with impeccable decor, comfortable, with a beautiful look, unique privacy and enormous attention to detail. The bungalow has a main bathroom with 2 showers and also has a toilet in the living room. The kitchen is complete. The living room and bedroom have heating and cooling air-conditioning that worked very well Complete privacy during the stay Afternoon snack with coffee in the common space Vera's attention to everything we needed and to all the details Another strong point is the king bed Atibaia is a 15-minute drive and is a very complete city We love it and will be back!

The house is just wonderful! Very well decorated, comfortable and located in a very quiet condominium — perfect for those looking to rest and reconnect. A special highlight goes to the enchanting tree in the garden, which conquered us at first. In the evening, the starry sky, the full moon and the illuminated tree created a magical setting.
