Holiday rentals with a patio in Athens

Great place! We are very pleased with our stay. Host were very responsive leading up to our stay and during. The apartment inside was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great! Walking distance to great food, shopping and attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

Schönes, kleines Apartment mitten in einem Viertel mit vielen guten Restaurants. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mehrere gute Kaffee Bars innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist das sauberste Airbnb welches ich je hatte! Tolle Dachterrasse und super freundlicher Host. Danke Panos!

This Airbnb was in a great location! It’s a short walk to the acropolis and surrounded by many amazing restaurants! The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming! We would absolutely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at Evgenia’s place in Athens. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful—her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. She was also flexible and kind, which I deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so, and the view of the Acropolis truly took my breath away. Waking up to that skyline was unforgettable. The whole experience felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and fellow travelers without hesitation. Small place, very clean, fabulous view from the balcony but also partly from the bed- fantastic feeling of being in the hot tub and watching the Acropolis. Host has paid attention to nice details (plants on the balcony for a bit of privacy, various outlets next to bed), bathroom is spacious and well equipped. If you're booking this place you're comfortable with noise outside (it's superbly located in a very busy and touristy part of the city, lots of restaurants and bars literally downstairs and the little streets around) just note that you need to leave your car at a paid parking lot across the street or a couple of streets down. All in all, recommended!

Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub Dank Ioannis und seinem Appartement. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist vielfältig ausgestattet und es warten kleine liebevolle Überraschungen. Wir haben täglich die Küche genutzt. Alle Utensilien sind vorhanden - sogar an scharfe Messer wurde gedacht. Wir haben dann immer auf dem riesigen Balkon gegessen. :-) Wir hatten ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling in einer authentischen Umgebung. Gestört hat uns nichts. Ioannis hat immer sofort auf die ein oder andere Nachfrage sehr freundlich und superschnell geantwortet. Alles hat insgesamt einen superprofessionellen und hochwertigen Eindruck gemacht. Ein Lidl ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Metro 5 Minuten (2 Linien). Man kommt perfekt vom Flughafen mit der Metro bis zur Wohnung mit nur 1x umsteigen. Um Athen auf eigene Faust zu erkunden und für einen unabhängigen Urlaub ist die Wohnung perfekt und der Gastgeber total vorbildlich. Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Wir sagen danke! 🙏

We could not have had a more responsive host! Not only did he solve our elevator problems, he made outstanding recommendations and connections for airport pickup and boat trip. His recs were top notch! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking this apartment and don’t miss the bakery around the corner and great local restaurants. As a host, he went above and beyond to make this stay one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had. Thank you again for meeting and exceeding our expectation.

The apartment was great, had everything we needed and even more. The jacuzzi relaxed us and made the whole experience even better. As for the location it was easy to find and with lots of things to do nearby. I totally recommend it!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

idéalement placé, à 1 minute de la plage et de bars et restaurants, la petite maison est tout de même au calme. L'équipement est complet, belle deco, une grande terrasse.... on a regretté de n'y rester qu'une nuit. Mike est super réactif.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, des cafés et restaurants locaux se trouvent dans les alentours. Les grandes attractions et l’aéroport sont facilement accessibles (transports en commun et/ou marche à pied). Le logement est propre et correspond aux photos. Leonidas est un très bon hôte qui offre des recommandations locales très appréciés. Le contact est facile avec lui. Je recommande !

This airbnb was so perfect and incredible for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the acropolis. It also was in such a safe area, and there were such incredible coffee shops and restaurants nearby that we walked to! Renata was super friendly and always responsive when I needed something. She really made us feel comfortable and at home here!

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay
