Holiday rentals with a patio in Athens

Great place! We are very pleased with our stay. Host were very responsive leading up to our stay and during. The apartment inside was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, modern and comfortable. The location was great! Walking distance to great food, shopping and attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

I had such a wonderful stay at Evgenia’s place in Athens. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful—her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. She was also flexible and kind, which I deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so, and the view of the Acropolis truly took my breath away. Waking up to that skyline was unforgettable. The whole experience felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and fellow travelers without hesitation. Small place, very clean, fabulous view from the balcony but also partly from the bed- fantastic feeling of being in the hot tub and watching the Acropolis. Host has paid attention to nice details (plants on the balcony for a bit of privacy, various outlets next to bed), bathroom is spacious and well equipped. If you're booking this place you're comfortable with noise outside (it's superbly located in a very busy and touristy part of the city, lots of restaurants and bars literally downstairs and the little streets around) just note that you need to leave your car at a paid parking lot across the street or a couple of streets down. All in all, recommended!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Incredible location!! Can’t beat the views of the Acropolis from 3 different areas of the balcony! He was flexible with check-in, very easy to communicate with; and was so helpful with recommendations for everything, including: activities, tickets, coffee, etc. He even helped set up a private chef for us, which was amazing. 6 stars if I could. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was great, had everything we needed and even more. The jacuzzi relaxed us and made the whole experience even better. As for the location it was easy to find and with lots of things to do nearby. I totally recommend it!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina was super easy to communicate with and very prompt. We loved the quirky stone cottage and especially having some outside space. The location would be hard to beat. We walked everywhere. Lots of great places to eat and drink and the immediate area has a very local feel. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it unreservedly. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we appreciated it very much.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal, local cafes and restaurants are in the vicinity. Major attractions and the airport are easily accessible (public transport and/or walking). The accommodation is clean and matches the photos. Leonidas is a very good host who offers highly appreciated local recommendations. He is easy to get in touch with. I recommend it!

There were two problems, both prior guest created. One that Renata knew about and she had a good workaround, the other she could not have known about was that clothes washer had been left with used water in it and smelled moldy. We worked out a fix by text that I carried out, should be good for next guest. Pleasure dealing with Renata seemed genuinely concerned that guests were happy with stay.

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

We had the best stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to everything you want to see on your trip but also felt enough away from the city town that you felt safe and quiet. The place was perfectly clean and was equipped with high tech appliances. We loved this place! 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. Stelios provided really good recommendations and the view of the acropolis is amazing here - especially at night. The outdoor space is what makes it so special! :)

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay
