Beach house holiday rentals in Athens

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

Super séjour. Dans une maison avec un très beau jardin arboré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je recommande et si je retourne dans cette jolie région en Grèce je garderai précieusement l'adresse. Merci Mike et Isabella

Just show know the house is ON the beach and amazing. The stairs going up are the most amazing marble stairs, oooo the suitcases!

20 days of pure bliss. This place is an incredible find! Secluded off main road, beautiful views/ sunsets from patio. I stayed here with my three children, ages 1-5 and it was perfect! Lots of toys, both indoor and outdoor. Total of 7 people stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone! One full bathroom and then a water closet made it easy to accommodate the 7 people. Has washer and wash room with clothes line to dry outside. Outdoor shower was wonderful to use after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, short 5ish minute walk from Airbnb with amazing under road walkway so as to have to cross main road. Has restaurant located at beach as well. Amazing beach with no rocks and shallow area for kids to play in. Last but not least, Vaso and family were a perfect host! She was very accommodating to our needs. Very fast response to any message. Met us for check in and checked in multiple times during three week stay. She is simply the best! Would recommend to anyone

We spent a wonderful weekend in Stelio's seaside cottage! It was beautiful & perfect. Efkalisto poly stelios & fam. ❤️

We stayed there with our nearly 2 year old son and he really enjoyed the garden - nice grass and shadow given by trees. without those trees it would be hard to live during hot time. house is really nice - after some renovations it would be close to perfection. a lot of rooms, 2 bathrooms and quite well equipped kitchen. but the most important part is the garden - that was really well kept. house is located in a quiet neighbourhood- close to the beach that is about 5 min walk. if you want to go to restaurants or shops, you will need a car. the host was really helpfull - We told him that We are coming with a small kid and he organised bed and he even bought for us a new high chair.

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

An inspiring vacation home filled with all sorts of arts books and pieces. We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious house that is fully equipped with all family needs (pool, beautiful spacious garden, wonderfully decorated spaces). The owner was very kind to provide all needed supplies (sheets, detergents, kitchen appliances.. etc) and also provide installed child proofing for the pool when requested. The location of the property is convenient and close to all nice beaches in Vouliagmeni, Glyfada, and Varkiza. In addition to being close to a large supermarket and pharmacy (plus great restaurants and lounges). This property will definitely be our top choice for our upcoming holiday in the Athens Riviera.

Alles war super und einwandfrei. Wirklich wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem sauberen und sehr tollen Außenbereich. Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, hätten aber gerne mehrere Nächte dort übernachtet. Elias und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich.

Amazing place! To us it was bigger than the pictures and super beautiful. Very stylish both inside and outside. Tall people will have to bow their heads at some places in the apartment but its definitely worth it! The area is very quiet (at least end of May) and we saw almost no neighbours. Sunsets are really beautiful here! Porto Rafti has restaurants and beaches but if you want more to happen, you need a car to go somewhere, like Athens. We enjoyed so much and Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Yannis! Le calme et les criquets étaient au rendez-vous pour qu'on se sente parfaitement bien en vacances! L'accueil de Yannis et Maria étaient plus que parfait et irréprochable! Merci pour cette bonne humeur collective! Magasins et restos à proximité (mais la voiture est quand même nécessaire), air conditionné, terrasse au top, piscine, cuisine très bien équipée... Le top pour de belles vacances. N'hésitez pas!!

Our accommodation was perfect for us as we wanted a location that reflected a combination of a city/beach holiday as was visiting Athens for 5 days rather than a weekend. After seeing sites and also hanging out on the beach it was lovely too to come back and chat and chill in our own private outdoor area with a table and chairs and garden. Very easy to get to airport and beach clubs and eateries as well as being able to pop into Glyfada for supplies and local meals. Would also be a good base for island hopping as direct access to Piraeus for ferries. Daily transport into Athens by bus tram metro also easy as well as by taxi if need be. Good facilities: tv, washing machine, regular and beach towels provided. Very relaxed yet helpful host which is what one wants.

very nice place with two bedrooms and a spacious living room. fully air-conditioned as well as fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook. location is a 5 min walk to the closest beach and a large supermarket. Loukas was a great host, very recommended!

Dimitris is an incredibly helpful host. Although we only stayed one night we had lots of questions because I did not realize that there was more than one port and ours, Piraeus, was about an hour's drive away. He went out of his way to check ferry schedules and be available for our late check in. The apartment is just as represented, very clean, comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Getting. Taxi to the airport was quick & easy as was the drive.

Had a great stay, the host was very attentive and kind. There’s sea views from almost all the windows and the beach is just a quick walk away. I liked the layout of the house, it was different from most of the other places I stayed which was cool. The remote control blinds were very helpful, especially the ones in the bedroom that cover the big window. Would definitely recommend.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással! Számunkra különösen fontos volt, hogy gyalog is közel volt a kikötő – ez nagy könnyebbség volt. A teraszról nyíló kilátás lenyűgöző, ami igazán különleges hangulatot adott az ottlétünknek. Az apartman elegáns belső terekkel rendelkezik, minden jól felszerelt és kényelmes. A házigazda pedig rendkívül segítőkész volt, minden kérdésünkre gyorsan reagált. Csak ajánlani tudjuk!

We had a great time at Iro’s house! The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing..we were 5 min from the plaz. the house is all modern with all necessary facilities and the garden also very beautiful. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!
