Holiday rentals with beach access in Athens

Kiki est une hôtesse sensasionnelle. Elle est très sympa et très attentionnée Son appartement ne manque d'aucun équipement, bien au contraire. De l'eau fraîche nous attendait dans le frigidaire, des bananes et des chocolats, le petit déjeuner du matin. Elle est de bon conseil pour les restaurants. Vous serez à 3 minutes du métro, qui permet d'accéder rapidement aux sites à visiter. Je vous conseille chaudement de réserver cet appartement. Personnellement, prochain voyage à Athènes, je retourne chez Kiki.

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Athens. It’s located in a very lively and central area in the city with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops around. Transit is also very accessible. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was well stalked and everything was exactly as the listing described. Highly recommend!

Sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Super erreichbar und gute Lage. Unterkunft sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Perfect place!! We’re had to book last minute due to a poor stay at another Airbnb. Giannis provided an incredible stay that made us feel so comfortable and confident. The place has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk from the metro which was definitely worth it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Vesna was very responsive and great to communicate. We really enjoyed our time in Athens- it is about a 20min walk from the start of the main attractions so worth keeping in mind if you want to pop back. The balcony also doesn’t get direct suns light in the morning so worth noting if you want to sunbath but still a beautiful and peaceful amenity. Lovely bakery across the road and coffee shops down the street. Local market every Friday nearby.

Zalig verblijf om Athene te verkennen. Met de tram en metro vlakbij was het heel gemakkelijk om te pendelen tussen de alle delen van de stad. Het appartement is met goede smaak ingericht (ik hou van de Vintage stijl). Daar het de achterkant is van het gebouw heb je geen last van de Tram die in de straat passeert. Het was er erg rustig. Zeker aan te bevelen!

We had a really great stay! The host was super friendly and made our stay worthwhile. She even offered us a shuttle to the port. Other than that the Airbnb was clean and as described. The port is about 20 min walking distance with shops and restaurants. we only stayed for one night but will definitely come back!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφος κήπος όπου απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας , ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε σαφείς οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων και εύκολη πρόσβαση εισόδου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Angeliki welcomed us and was available every minute. We arrive very late and she was still awake and communicated with us to be sure that we’ve arrived safely. She always responded and had great recommendations. The Airbnb is so clean and modern and it’s very close to the sea. We had a beautiful beach nearby. And many restaurants too.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

The apartment was close to the airport which was great for our early morning flight. The hosts were there to meet us and provide recommendations for dinner. We took the local bus to the beach in the afternoon and had excellent Souvlaki at the restaurant down the road from the apartment for dinner. Would recommend this apartment, if you need to be close to the airport to accommodate flight schedules.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Appartement avec toutes les commodités, très bien pour visiter Athènes. La communication avec Michael était très bonne !

We found the place easily. We received good instructions on how to get in the place but somehow the details of how to have the electricity work for us North Americans not use to have to use a key card for it to work was omitted. The owner rectified that error as soon as possible via texts. This was a one night stay for us but we did enjoy the space and the little cafe downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο το ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου και τα είχες όλα. Υπάρχει ακριβώς δίπλα μαγαζί για καφέ και πρωινό καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειαστεί κανείς για να μαγειρέψει. το μέρος είναι κοντά σε όλα μαγαζια, εστιατόρια,club 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

The space was very comfortable and accommodating. Even though we stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a much needed rest. Vangelis was especially helpful by providing us with recommendations on where to go for food and points of interest. He also offered to drive us from and to the airport for a far cheaper price than a taxi, as well as giving us recommendations on places to visit during our other stays in Skiathos and Skopelos. Very friendly and kind overall.

Un vrai coup de cœur ! L’appartement très moderne était d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Le quartier est agréable et très facile d’accès en métro. L’hôte a été disponible, à l’écoute et ses explications étaient claires. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !
