Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean view—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. What really made our stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at Cathy’s place, and loved it! Definitely the best Airbnb in Surquillo, with the most friendly gentlemen at front desk. The whole building is clean, and looks brand new. Also, has a great park view! Place was clean and cozy, with everything needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, and comfy beds with clean sheets and bedding. Also, great lighting! Truly one of the best around 🙌🏽

During my stay, Sharon was always attentive to the questions I had. The accommodation was impeccable and has a nice view. It's a great place to break out of the routine and find peace. It's close to a full supermarket. To be recommended!

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Good place and good location for foreigners!

Raúl and Evelyn have a high-end property, with everything you need to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. Whether it's for business or to enjoy as a family, it's the ideal place to stay. The location of the apartment is great, strategic to reach various destinations. I would definitely stay in her beautiful apartment again.

The apartment is everything it promises, exactly like the photos. We even used the grill, 24-hour security staff and very friendly. I was there for a month and I recommend it. There are always things that could be better, but nothing depends on Maria (who was always attentive to anything). They are building the swimming pool of the sports field in front (so every day from early on they are working building machinery), also the traffic at rush hour (the horns from 6pm to 9pm).

Excellent stay, we felt very comfortable, very nice and cozy, excellent area, without hesitation it would be our choice again. Many thanks to the hosts, we really enjoyed our stay.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Great location, awesome restaurants and bars nearby. Ricardo was a great host, flexible with our checkin and super friendly.

This was such a wonderful stay! Although we weren’t able to stay here long, it was perfect for the day, Mabel was very hospitable and communicative and the views were stunning. Would definitely recommend!

Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price
