What a lovely property in a fabulous location, very well equipped, comfortable beds. The weather was amazing, two beach clubs within 5 mins, enjoyed all that the location had to offer. Sue was a delightful, very pro active nothing was too much trouble . My favourite part was the amazing roof terrace with view of the sea, chilling on the huge sofas in the sun was delightful. Thanks so much Sue we will be back.

Thank you for letting us stay here, the place was absolutely lovely and accommodated me and my friends so well. A massive thanks to the hosts too as they done their all for us and helped us every time we needed it. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the port and everything was easily accessible. We had a lovely time :)

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Photos just can’t do it justice -it was even better than expected,the pool and outside area was absolutely incredible and very stunning, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The villa itself feels very modern but also very homely and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are great sizes and felt very clean.There was 7 of us and we felt like we had a lot of room and loved that there was lots of space for us to all sit together.We all couldn’t believe how stunning this villa is and the location is just perfect,right by the beach and very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by and not far from Puerto Banús (10/15 minute drive).There is also a Lidl and other supermarkets about a 10 minute walk and a petrol station about a 5 minute walk which came in handy to pick up water and essentials.Jon was an amazing host, very kind and his communication was excellent.We all miss the villa already!

A great holiday home equipped with everything you need for a full life – a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary, both bathrooms have basic hygiene products and towels. We appreciated that the house is located in a closed area with 24-hour security. Possibility to park the car right at the entrance door. Excellent communication with the host Ekaterina. Answers to questions we received very quickly. I definitely recommend this holiday home and cooperation with Ekaterina.

Wonderful place to stay, close to beach, large private pool area with plenty of space and loungers. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

Yulia's place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed and when we asked about the possibility of having a kid's high chair, the answer was yes! (it also had a baby bath tub which was really handy for us). The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily cook whatever you may like. The area felt safe and quiet and the it's only 2 mins walk to the beach. The host (Yulia) went out of her way to ensure we have everything we need (including providing a second set of keys as we were two families with two cars). There were a couple of beach restaurants minutes away from the flat, but sadly we stayed there in February which means the restaurants were shut in the low season. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Yulia's place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable. Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Very good apartment and well equipped, I just suggest to check the lighting. It's cold lighting and in the bedroom the artifact gives too powerful a light. Everything else was excellent and nela was very friendly and connected at all times. We allowed a late check-out at no cost that nos vino barbaro!! Thanks again

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

Great location! With a gate onto the beach and a lovely beach bar next door. It's great at night sitting on the terrace listening to the waves.

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

We went there with the idea of being close to a friend's wedding location. Everything from checking in to checking out was perfect! We really loved this place and we can't wait to come back again sometime for a longer duration. Thanks for everything Esther!

Eric was a gracious host. He was very helpful during our stay and very attentive. The flat was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our holiday. The surrounding area has lots to do and many amazing restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will definitely return again.
