The location is convenient - about a 15min walk to the Astoria-Ditmars subway station. The space is straightforward and functional. Everything was clean and the host was responsive. One thing to note for future guests is that the bedroom doesn't have a lock, so just something to keep in mind depending on your comfort level. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a simple, well-located place to stay in Queens. Great value.

El departamento era espacioso y estaba muy limpio. Su ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras de tres estaciones del metro. En 20 minutos estás en cualquiera de las principales atracciones de la ciudad sin transbordos. También es de fácil acceso desde el Aeropuerto JFK. El barrio donde está ubicado el departamento es muy tranquilo, incluso cuando volvíamos tarde en la noche. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme en este lugar cuando regrese a NYC.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung/ das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen. Swann war immer sehr freundlich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

I stayed here for 3 days in June and this place is worth every penny (which honestly wasn't even much). The place is so clean and peaceful. A very active park across the street but I liked it because it was fun to watch people have different sport games. It is super close to alot of restaurants and stores. A bus stop right up the street that takes you right to the 7 train. The host was super nice to let me check in early since my flight was early. You never see them and barely here them super private. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in nyc and I would definitely stay here again. Also easily fit 2 people.

Willie was absolutely fantastic host!! I can't recommend him enough. Super helpful, he was there whenever we needed anything & provided helpful local recommendations. Location is amazing, with 15 mins direct subway to Times Square, the surrounding area is filled with good restaurants, as well as safe. I have zero things to complain about & only hope that his place will be available for us next time we decide to visit NYC!

The neighborhood was so quiet and the bedroom was exactly as described. I explored the area and really liked this part of Queens. The subway was so convenient. There were a couple of options depending on where in Manhattan I was traveling from.

Abdon was a great host & flexible with us regarding check-in. His communication was excellent & his instructions were clear & very thorough with video, which was super helpful. Place had the essentials of what we needed to cook breakfasts. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets; we slept very well! The convenient location, just a dozen steps to the subway entrance, was fantastic! My son & I had a wonderful time celebrating his 18th birthday experiencing NYC. We’ll remember it forever. Thank you for providing an affordable option for us.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Full of character and in the middle of Cobble Hill. Not for everyone. Ceilings are low. Stairs are steep, and the building is old. But if you are looking for a unique, comfortable experience. This is it.

Great homebase for exploring Manhattan! Walked to Rockefeller Center, the Edge, theaters on Broadway, great cafes. Coffee shop just down the street is great too. Easy to get to from Penn Station.

We loved our stay at Sal’s place! It was spotless and well thought out. We had all we needed. Comfy bed—slept great. Everything was so nice. Super grateful for Sal’s parking assistance. Great guy. Loved being on this side of NYC where life was a little slower. We enjoyed neighborhood restaurants and appreciated the convenience stores. Would stay again!

Visited Brooklyn for a work trip and stayed at Jamal & Dacia's charming studio to get the most of Brooklyn as I possibly could in 24 hours! I appreciated how clean the space was, as well as amenities with water, snacks and ice cold AC for the hot humid weather! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

The accommodation was absolutely great! beautiful, clean and with a beautiful garden. The owners were very helpful and always helped us with everything. The location is amazing, only a few minutes from the bus that goes to Manhattan. We will definitely recommend the accommodation and we will be happy to come back! Thank you

The location was easy to locate. Apt was clean, tidy, calm and it was very comfortable for parking. We stayed for 4 nights and my kids and family never had any complaints. Greatly recommend this place.

Apartment, especially the kitchen, is exceptionally well stocked. You won't find yourself running out to buy essentials. The PATH train to NYC is father than some might like (about 27 minutes on foot), but the route is pleasant. I would definitely book again.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. Highly recommend this place - such a great apartment and overall experience!

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
