Holiday rentals with a patio in Astor

Selma and Scott were fantastic host. The check-in and check-out was simple and they provided clear instructions. There was a tiny issue with the electric breaker, the microwave, refrigerator and air fryer went out but I informed them and they had someone out there promptly to resolve the issue. The property was beyond reasonably priced and close to several amenities including the beach as your backyard which was magnificent. I would stay again and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Also, both were very responsive.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and friendly in any questions I had! The location was very peaceful while also being by close shopping centers and steps away from the beach. I know once the amenities are up and running it will be even better. I would definitely book again!!

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

This was a great weekend getaway!!! The space was amazing and we had such a wonderful relaxing time here! We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying here and plan on coming back. It was easy access with our boat to Silver Springs. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay. The host was a gem and the place was perfection. 5 stars isn’t enough- 10/10!

We had a great time! Host is very thoughtful and our fur children were truly welcome. Location cannot get better for hunting and fishing and is set up for you to do those activities. A/C is C O L D and there are necessities nearby. 20 min to town for more refined things. We will tell our friends about this place!

Fantastic stay! My husband, son, and two of their friends came for a fishing trip and absolutely loved it. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. They caught plenty of fish and had a great time relaxing after long days on the water. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great fishing nearby!

The house exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and spacious inside and had beautiful views and vibes out back. We came specifically to explore the fl springs which were all in very close proximity to the house. The location was perfect for this! The house was truly stocked with all needs from kitchen supplies to all bathroom essentials and laundry needs. The office room was stocked and the games collection was awesome for all ages. The heated toilets was something we all laughed about but who knew we would miss them so much. Whitney goes above and beyond with stocking extras like everything to make s’more’s & homemade popcorn. - One thing to note is the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away and during our stay 3 out of the 5 available places to eat were closed. There was also no propane or lighter fluid for grilling at the house. So plan ahead to bring or request that.

Place was great. Very clean. Nice big living room space with nice tv. The closet was huge so a great place to store bags. Really nice to have a little patio space to get some fresh air without having to take the stairs down. The stairs are a little daunting if you come back late after a night out, if you know what I mean. If you're a light sleeper you might not like hearing everyone walk by downstairs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

The owners were very responsive, check in was a breeze and check out was even easier. We had what we needed in the condo right at our fingertips. The ocean front location is super convenient and there are multiple choices for dining, some within walking distance and others only a short drive from the condo. This rental should be one to consider when you are visiting Daytona.

Although this condo was an older one on the strip, Raymond's accomodations were a 5 star. The furnishing were beautiful and the view was perfect.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway.
