We simply have no words how great Valerie was. Absolutely fabulous more than super host. The apartment was so peaceful with good vibes. All sightseeing places at walkable distance. Restaurants malls and supermarket just 5 minutes walk. The crockery and kitchen is fabulous very elegant. Her husband is such a decent gentleman. He came to show us exactly how everything was at the apartment. As there were no guests she let us check in early. Her husband helped us to even get a taxi to the station. I can really write an eassy on how great Valerie and her husband are. Never seen anyone so helpful in our stay so far. Her response to questions is just 5 minutes. Thank you 😊 Valerie and husband for treating your guest's lije family members. Just for you we shall come again and stay in your apartment for sure.

My experience in Astana was wonderful, as I stayed with Mr. Daniyar. His demeanor was exceptional; he is a respectful and always helpful person. Thanks to his support and guidance, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. His apartment was also fantastic in every way—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. First of all, I want to express my gratitude for not quite standard check-in at 5 am) Check-in was no problem, the instructions were very detailed. As for the apartment not far from the airport and from the city center, the apartment was clean and fully consistent with the description) Everything went great! 👍

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

Good place to stay with children

Everything was great! Oleg met me at the airport, was very attentive and caring. The apartment is wonderful, looks even better than it appears in the photos. The best part was the presence of a dishwasher😄. Thank you so much! Thanks to you, the vacation was a success ☺️

This is a one-room apartment in a new residential complex with a closed courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped, there is a large balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, there are many shops, restaurants and cafes, a covered market - Sauran shopping center. The botanical garden is close, Norzhol Boulevard with the main attractions of Astana is also within walking distance. Larisa was very responsive, helped with early check-in, recommended apps for navigating the city.

The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

Everything was wonderful. The photos correspond to reality, a very pleasant and spacious apartment. Impressed by a large comfy sofa (it's just huge). The hostess is kind and responsive, was always in touch and immediately helped to resolve any issues that arose! I recommend this place!

Super hospitable host. picked me up from the airport and welcomed me into his home while the apartment was being cleaned, and still checked me in early. would recommend and would visit again! great apartment, great location.

We flew with a friend in May 2025 to see Astana and attend an esports tournament. Great living conditions, was very comfortable. In the heat, the air conditioner saved me, and in the cold it was warm in the apartment.

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Wonderful, clean and bright apartment! There is a self check-in option, but we were still met by the host at check-in and helped us check in. A few days before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions, as well as information on how to get from the airport, which taxi you need to call. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had, was always available and we were calm. The apartment has everything you need - dishes, towels, internet. A very beautiful view of the city from the window! The apartment is in the center, close to shops, museum, restaurants. We were very satisfied with our choice, this apartment was much better than any hotel!!
