Zur Ruhe kommen - das gelingt den Gästen in unserem gemütlichen und romantischen Häuschen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gehoben, modern und voll ausgestattet mit Cerankochfeld, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Das Bad bietet sowohl eine erfrischende Dusche als auch eine freistehende Badewanne zum Entspannen und um die Auszeit zu genießen. Das authentische ehemalige Bauernhäuschen liegt direkt am Brenz-Radweg, dem prämierten Albschäfer Wanderweg sowie an der Bahnlinie Ulm-Aalen.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Donaublick

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

Apartment with garden near Legoland

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also a 20-25 minute drive. Ulm is 15 km away and there are plenty of opportunities to pass your time. If you want to explore nature more, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. Parking is available directly on the premises. In the village there is a bakery and butcher. Further shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

The apartment (53sqm) is located in the basement of our newly built house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa bed with sleeping function in the living room. A staircase leads you to the apartment and you can sit and barbecue in the courtyard...

Die gemütliche und moderne Wohnung mit skandinavischem Flair bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für deinen Aufenthalt in Günzburg. Die ca. 70 qm voll ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage ist ideal für Paare und Familien. Sowohl Legoland wie auch die romantische Altstadt von Günzburg sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.

Our house is quietly yet centrally located. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be reached in a 5-minute walk.
