Beautiful spot on the edge of a hiking area. Secluded and private, with beautiful views. Swimming pool is beautifully located and the special house with the deep basement has atmosphere. Hosts are careful in their place and have made something beautiful out of it. Enjoy.

We had a great stay at Luc and Stephanie's. Our arrival went extremely well thanks to the communication and availability of our host. He is welcoming, smiling and friendly, which is nice. The accommodation is in very good condition, there is everything you need to live on vacation. And even more, we were able to have a barbecue, there are bikes for going for a ride... There is a parking space in the shade to put the car. That's perfect!!

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture... Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. Some small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for a vacation with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

I recommend 100000% both the host and the accommodation. The villa is splendid and even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Everything is done and thought of to spend a dream stay. We had a wonderful stay - Bénédicte and Bernard were very welcoming hosts. The large studio is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and pool are wonderful and a perfect place to relax. The location is great - by the River Lez, 5 mins walk to a tram stops and less than 30 mins walk to the old centre with shops and restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Communication was excellent and Benedicte was always friendly and helpful. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend staying here.

I have rarely been in such a well-equipped and clean, convenient accommodation. It's better than the pictures. Very convenient to get to the city center by tram (a few steps from the apartment). The space for the car in the garage is a great advantage. The building is quiet, modern, beautiful. Anthony is very responsive and has adapted to our arrival and departure schedule. I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.
