The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Living in Wingert 01

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Terrace GREEN

Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
