Private apartment in two-family house built in 2018 in cozy Önnered. Family-friendly location close to the sea and walking distance to saltwater swimming. Easy and quick communication to everything Gothenburg has to offer. With the car, you can get to central Gothenburg in just over 10 minutes. You are quickly inside Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Kulturkalaset, Way Out West, Scandinavium etc. Would you rather use the public transport, the bus stop is 200 m from the house. Private parking space and patio with barbecue grill.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

You have access to your own parking. It is a 6-7 minute walk to the bus that takes you right into downtown Gothenburg.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.
