Ein Traum in Sardinien – perfekte Aussicht, super Apartment und ein unsichtbarer Gastgeber! Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem Ort bist, an dem du jeden Abend mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen verwöhnt wirst und dazu einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und das malerische Castelsardo genießen kannst – dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Das Apartment? Genau wie auf den Fotos! Kein „Ach, das sieht ja ganz anders aus“-Moment, sondern alles genauso, wie man es erwartet. Eine perfekte Oase zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber Francesco? Obwohl wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben, war er über Nachrichten super nett und hilfsbereit. Wahrscheinlich hat er magische Kräfte, denn er war irgendwie immer da, wenn man ihn brauchte, ohne jemals gesehen zu werden. Ein wahrer „Ghost-Host“, aber im besten Sinne! Castelsardo selbst hat uns total begeistert – man konnte sich richtig vorstellen, wie es vor hunderten Jahren dort ausgesehen haben muss. Fazit: Aussicht top, Apartment top, Francesco top

Wir konnten wunderbare und erholsame Tage in der Villa von Matteo und Anna verbringen. Alle Einrichtungen waren wie angegeben vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war super, stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten bereits vorab viele Informationen zum Haus und Empfehlungen für Ausfüge und Restaurants erhalten, was unseren Aufenthalt erleichtert hat. Die private Ferienanlage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Strände und Supermarkt in der Anlage. Absolute Empfehlung für Matteo und sein Haus! Empfehlung von uns: Lange Kleidung und Mückenschutz! Danke für den entspannten Urlaub!

Traumhaft diese Unterkunft, anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Ein super angelegtes und gepflegtes Grundstück und ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Häuschen. Der einzigartige Blick in die grüne Natur und auf die Berge war für uns schon Erholung pur. Der Pool war beheizt und hatte somit immer eine angenehme Temperatur. Beim Schwimmen genossen wir auch den herrlichen Duft von Jasmin. Es fehlte uns während des Aufenthaltes an nichts: Sonnenschirme, Strandhandtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle , Weber Gasgrill, … alles vorhanden. Muriel stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und gab uns super Tipps für die Umgebung. Danke nochmals dafür. Absolutes Traumgrundstück und daher sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amies chez Elodie. Le logement est hyper équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable et joliment décoré. Sa situation est idéale pour visiter le sud de la Corse. La villa est également toute proche de l’aéroport de Figari. La maison et ses extérieurs sont juste « waouh » ! Nous nous sommes vraiment sentie bien et nous rentrons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. Élodie est très réactive aux messages et nous la remercions encore pour les petits présents à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Peaceful place with few shops and restaurants but that was an advantage as it didnt feel too crowded. House was good with great facilities in kichen, outside etc. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Thankyou Giuseppe

La casa è meravigliosa, pulita, comoda e con ogni comfort. La vista dal giardino spettacolare. La posizione molto comoda per esplorare la zona. Annamaria una host gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato molto bene per poter vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Una casa da consigliare assolutamente!!

Luca ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, mit toller Terrasse und super Pool. Die Gegend ist im September sehr ruhig und entspannt, allerdings ist die Anlage auch etwas abseits von schönen Orten, Badestränden und Restaurants. Insgesamt aber ein super Wohnung und vor allem Luca war ein genialer Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Beautiful and spacious home. Amazing views of La Pelosa and the surrounding islands. Walking distance to everything you might need, including a bus station that will take you to surrounding cities. Courteous and helpful host. Highly recommend this place.

Unser 14tägiger Urlaub in Birgits und Philips zweitem Zuhause war ein Traum! Der atemberaubende Blick über das Meer und die Küste lies uns jeden Tag fantastisch relaxen und tagträumen, die Ruhe im und am Haus: einfach wunderbar! Der Pool sorgte an sonnigen und heissen Tagen für eine angenehme Erfrischung, und die Küchen-Ausstattung lässt Hobby-Koch-Herzen höher schlagen. Ausserhalb der Villa lässt die Boutique Serra und die Eisdiele Cannella im Örtchen weibliche und männliche Seelen entspannen und entzücken ;-)

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

A stunning location and a beautiful villa built around the scenery rather than being cut into it. There were a couple of teething issues on arrival, but the management were extremely responsive and quickly had them resolved, so no complaints. Multiple beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxing and a fantastic pool. There are multiple steep uneven pathways connecting the various areas - we loved these, it gave the place a real sense of being part of the environment, but it may not be suitable for the infirm or young children. A couple of the bathrooms could do with a bit of work, and more shade around the pool would be welcome. All in all a very memorable stay.

A charming house and spectacular surroundings!

Maria e Mimmo, gentilissimi, ci hanno consentito di effettuare il check-in con diverse ore di anticipo, visto il nostro arrivo mattutino col traghetto. La casa è provvista di tutto, detersivi, biancheria, piatti e stoviglie tutto perfettamente pulito e profumato. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca, un succo e una bottiglia di buon vino locale. Oltre a questo la posizione stupenda e la piscina privata pulita quotidianamente sono i punti di forza di questa bellissima abitazione. Un consiglio, indispensabile la macchina per vedere le meravigliose spiagge circostanti. Grazie per l’indimenticabile vacanza.

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sylvie & Dume. The location was as shown on the listing. The domain was perfectly situated in a peaceful area overlooking the mountains, very close to the town center. Our hosts graciously offered us recommendations on local restaurants, hiking trails & other activities. The accommodations were very clean & well kept. We had no issues with wifi, laundry or parking. The pool was a great place to relax after a day's worth of activities. We would gladly recommend staying at Casa di Sole to our friends & anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the southern Corsican region.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind in der Unterkunft und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind mit dem Auto in etwa 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Das war uns bei der Buchung bewusst. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Le logement était facile d’accès et super bien situé, Une vue incroyable. En revanche nous avons un peu manqué d’un vrai espace de repos intérieur (canapé). Pour le reste c’était super. Merci encore

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la maison de Karine. 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 1 ans. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le coin est paisible et reposant. La maison aussi. L’espace extérieur est un véritable plus ! La proximité en voiture de bonifacio et porto si l’on veut varier avec les espaces naturels autour. Beaucoup de restaurants très bons à proximité ainsi que les enseignes U et Spar à moins de 10min. La proximité avec l’aéroport est aussi très pratique. Karine est disponible et arrangeante. Mention spéciale pour Denis le voisin qui nous a accueilli avec sa femme. Ils remplissent à merveille leur rôle d’accueil. C’est un réel plaisir d’être reçu aussi chaleureusement. Toujours au petit soin et se rend disponible à chaque instant. Avec de bons conseils pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Vraiment merci Denis pour ta sympathie et ton naturel cela fait chaud au cœur !
