Beautiful apartment. Perfect for a 2-person staycation. Located in a nice area and easy access to a lot of good places. Special shoutout to Athiram who helped with housekeeping. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

loved the place- its aesthetic just like the photos, feels luxurious and very well maintained. value for money. the location is great and easy to find. just that parking in the basement will pillars around makes it a bit difficult for some people, but then you can always park on the road... there is a security guard 24*7 which is the best part... the swimming pool is bit small and rectangular but no complaints, it is the way it is, the good this is that its well maintained and has greenery around... the caretaker Chandan and Umesh were very helpful.. Umesh specially cleaned the house daily and he's very polite.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cinnamon Lofts! Loved the space, the pool and the greenery around. Would definitely recommend staying here, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves :).

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

Melvin has a great place and took very good care to make our stay comfortable. The place is 10 mins from the beach by road, but you want walk to it via a short cut. The place was neat and clean and Melvin stays close by so is a shout away. He has all the contacts for taxis and bikes for rent and will get you sorted. Morning tea on the verandah will take all your stress away. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended

One of the coolest places in arambol to stay in. Spacious and comfortable interiors. Ricardo provided clear instructions and recommended great spots. Overall great experience.

amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

Apartment was in a gated society. A peaceful place at travellable distance from the beaches in North Goa. Totally worth it!

Had a homely stay at Lipy's studio. Everything was in order and couple of my requests were taken care before I got in. The place is perfectly located to unwind and away from the crowded Goa spots. Lipy was helpful to assist with a scooter which is a must if you want to move around the area. overall a pleasant and homely stay. Will be back for my next stay 😊.

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

The place was peaceful and serene, yet still close to the city center. Siddharth was an amazing and highly responsive host. We truly loved our time here and hope to return soon!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space is beautifully designed. every corner feels thoughtfully curated, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
