The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

GeorgeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Escape to quality and peace in East Sussex.

ClaireRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Daweswood - Luxury countryside cottage, lake & tub

HarryRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Me and my friends stayed for a long weekend. The house is beautifully furnished. Every bedroom is as nice as the next. Fishing was on our itinerary, and didn’t disappoint. The lake was very much private and the boats were a worthwhile addition. I (we) couldn’t recommend higher.

Willow Cottage, Hot tub & Coastline views, Rye

NaziaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

Peace, Quiet, Cosy house with garden & log burner

EleanoreRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Such a tranquil, beautiful setting with views of the rolling countryside and woodland walks on the doorstep. Inside, Little House is akin to a boutique hotel with a standalone roll-top bath and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers from the garden and local apple juice. I stayed at Little House as part of recovery from a major surgery and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful Airbnb and a great location- a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. Comfortable beds. The stairs are steep but that’s called out in the description. We can’t wait to visit again!

Victoria’s cottage and the stunning location was absolutely superb. Victoria couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming and went out of her way to make for a fantastic stay. The cottage and grounds are beautiful and a short distance away from the lovely village of Mayfield. It’s clear why everyone rates staying so highly. I’m looking forward to a return visit soon.

Stunning Camber Sands holiday retreat

AdrianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The location was great - Camber Sands beautiful beach is less than 10 mins walk away. The nearest town, Rye, is a few mins drive - it is picturesque with lots to see and some pretty, independent shops and nice restaurants. The accommodation was one of the best I’ve rented on Airbnb. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and tidy, and spacious. Everything worked, it was well equipped, and the view out over the fields at the back of the property was awesome. The hosts were great too - proactive, welcoming, responsive and easy-going. Clearly experienced and considerate of what people are looking for from their stay. Overall 10/10 and I might go back!!

The Paper Mill Stables

JoostRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Was an amazing cabin. Really beautiful and typical English countryside. We loved the area and nearby walks on public footpaths and other parks close by. We had great communication, however download everything and direction before coming close to the cabin, there is no cell reception there so we rang the door of one of the houses on the estate to ask direction to the stables. The owners recently moved but the new owner was very nice to help us in the right direction. Perfect place and lovely cottages, there is one small downside but it’s a bit common for the area. Don’t expect too much water pressure for the shower.

A Cosy Cottage With A Fabulous View Close To TW.

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at the property. We took our nearly 3 year old daughter with us and she loved it. The use of the owners garden and the fact that we could pick the fruit within was a nice touch. The views of the High Weald Landscape to the north was beautiful too. Property had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was perfect for visiting Hever Castle, Chartwell, Scotney and Battle! There are so many other places to visit that we will definitely be back to stay again and explore the area further! Sarah was very welcoming also. Highly recommend!

Quaint and cosy former fisherman's cottage

BettinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed in Gina's cozy little cottage for a short stopover on our way to Cornwall. As a family of 4 (with toddler and baby) the cottage is rather small but as we only stayed for two nights, we coped well and we enjoyed the unique seaside/fishermen cottage flair a lot - a perfect start for our holiday. The flat was tidy and the communication with Gina was friendly and helpful.

Cosy Countryside Cottage, in an AONB

RobertRating, 5 starstoday
Communication with Jaya from booking to arrival was superb. The instructions she left for us were very clear and she was super responsive. The place itself is exactly as described and is extremely well equipped and maintained. The views on offer from the place itself are incredible and Jaya has put in a lot of effort to ensure they are visible from the place itself. Jaya welcomed us to her Airbnb when we arrived and gave us some local recommendations of walks, places to eat and things to do whilst we were visiting. She is very friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to stay for two nights. I can 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Canterbury area and we are looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Countryside cottage on micro animal farm

MelinaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a beautiful place to stay. So peaceful and the cottage had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Belinda and her team are so kind and welcoming and we were very lucky to meet all the animals at the farm. The animals are so very loved and happy, what a special place. The beds were perfect and the shower was great. Lots of sofa space for the three of us. Easy access to the cottage with its own parking space. Beautiful poppy and daisy fields nearby and lots of walks to discover. We visited Faversham (5min drive), Standard Quay, Chilham (20mins), and Badgers garden centre and cafe, Whitstable (20 mins) and 3 great country pubs, The Alma, The White Lion and The Plough at Stalisfield. We parked at Tankerton slopes for free, rather than parking at Whitstable, and walked via the beach huts and gardens. Lots of places to visit in the area. Would love to return to visit Seasalter for a dip in the sea next time! This place is magical. Thank you Belinda for our memorable break!x
