Stor, nyere hytte med solrik og lun beliggenhet på Bortelid. Hytta har 4 soverom med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 dobbeltsenger. 2 bad med toalett og dusj både i første og andre etasje, 2 stuer (en i hver etasje), et godt utstyrt kjøkken, og vaskerom med både vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Fin uteplass med spisegruppe og bålpanne. Hytten passer bra for både en og to familier. Sommerstid er det parkering på begge sider av hytten. Det er også garasje (denne brukes som skibod da den er smal).

Cozy house from the 1930s

This is the place if you want lovely views and lots of space- in a quiet area. Cozy, small house with nice facilities. Perfect base if you want to go fishing, swimming, top hiking, hiking or skiing- or just relax. 2.5 km to the nearest shop. The house is at the end of a dead end street, along with two other houses (very nice neighbors). The house is from the 1930s, but 1.floor has been renovated. 2.floor, loft staircase and loft are original from 1930. Large lawn on the outside.

The cottage grounds are bordered by the hiking trails and swimming and fishing lakes in summer and the ski slopes in winter. 400 meters to the ski lift, sunny and centrally located. Large window surfaces let nature and light in and let you enjoy Bortelid's nature from the sofa with fire in the fireplace or from the terrace while watching the trout wakes in Rundatjønna.

Absolutely unique view cabin with great views from living room and large terrace over the lake and valley. Great Mountain walks directly from the cabin. Catch a mountain trout in one of all the lakes, horseback rides (canoeing in winter), canoeing, inland rafting, mini golf, occasional concerts, etc. Cozy mountain hotel with restaurant 5 min from the cabin. Great coastal towns Kristiansand and especially Mandal host a day trip.

Relax with the whole family at this lovely place. The area offers a rich activity offer all year round. Alpine slope, ski trails, mini golf, canoeing, swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as Eikerapen Guesthouse just nearby. Good sun conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours 15 minutes to Arendal.
