Sun from early morning to late night Large unobstructed terrace with several seating areas and large dining table. Elevated ski slopes and hiking terrain just outside the door. High standard with wooden floors, tiles and powerful timber walls. There is no electric car charger on the property, but there is an outside household outlet that can be used for charging. Otherwise, there are fast chargers that can be used at the shop about 4 km away.

Hytta har 4 soverom med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 dobbeltsenger. 2 bad med toalett og dusj både i første og andre etasje, 2 stuer (en i hver etasje), et godt utstyrt kjøkken, og vaskerom med både vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Fin uteplass med spisegruppe og bålpanne. Hytten passer bra for både en og to familier. Sommerstid er det parkering på begge sider av hytten. Det er også garasje (denne brukes som skibod da den er smal).

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
