We recently stayed at this two-bedroom apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. Both bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great night's sleep. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the river and close to the city center. We loved taking strolls by the river and having easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The living area is cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Amazing apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had indoor private parking, but might be a little challenging to get in for amateur drivers - but the tip from Vicky to reverse in is incredibly helpful. Instructions were clear and helpful. All the key areas to visit were within walking distance. Would love to come back again!

Jessica was a great host with clear photographic instructions on how to get the keys and get into the garage. She was also very proactive in responding to some of our queries and we all thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this location which was within walking distance to all the attractions in Freo. What a comfortable place to stay in Chloe’s property! We love it. It’s kitchen was well equipped even with the basic sauces for us to whip up a simple meal. Love it!

Had a fabulous stay at Renee's place. She very kindly offered me early check-in. The place was in the quiet and green Lake Coogee. Easy to find and convenient parking quite close to the apartment. The apartment was spotless and very well presented. It was a good place to relax, with everything I needed. It also had super fast internet. This is my 2nd time staying here & it’s as lovely as always. Even though it’s been almost 1.5 years since my last stay, it is exactly as seen in pictures and even better. What I love are the little touches like providing some snacks & drinks for simple breakfast/tea/coffee, brand new toothpaste & toothbrush, towels (body & face), shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Truly a home away from home for me and the bed is comfortable. Safe, peaceful & private. Thanks for having me!

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The location is excellent — just minutes from the airport and very close to DFO, which made shopping and getting around really convenient. The place is no-frills and basic, but it had everything we needed for a short stay. The only area for improvement would be the toilet door in the main bedroom, which has some mould at the bottom. Other than that, everything was clean and functional. A practical and well-located stay overall.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Awesome location. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths are a short drive away. The house is very quaint. Everything works well. All amenities listed were available, in ample quantities and in good working order. Beds and seats were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. older house, but very clean and comfortable. It came with a porta cot which was brand new. The living spaces could be closed off from rest of house which was great for our toddler who's found her legs. Very grateful for staples in the pantry and fridge; butter, milk, Vegemite, paper towels etc.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This place was exactly what my family and I needed whilst visiting Perth. Very close to local shops and restaurants! Exactly how Jules describes it and is definitely somewhere we will come again :)
