House holiday rentals in Ascoli Piceno

Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to move around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

Great place, gorgeous pool with a view on the Marche hills.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

What a wonderful find. Lucia’s place is at cellar level, thus being cool relative to very high June temperatures. (34 degrees C the day we arrived). The property is rustic with beautiful ceiling and floor design. It is tastefully furnished with all you need to prepare a meal. Lucia and Giovanni met us on arrival and provided comprehensive information. Parking is off road and private and walking into Ascoli takes 10-15 minutes. We only had 2 nights, but could have easily stayed longer. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Great, very cozy house. The very nice landlady lives right next door and is very helpful. The house is very close to the city center and the main train station. There are some shops and a pharmacy nearby. So everything is very good and quick to reach on foot. For us as a family with a child, this was the perfect accommodation and we would love to come back.

Maurizio's place was in the perfect location in the most perfect town in Abruzzo. You just have to open the living room window to see the beautiful hills of Abruzzo or walk around the corner to get a fantastic drink and the cutest bar with the most amazing views. He was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend.

Caterina's house is truly a gem! Clean and tidy, very comfortable to live in and in an optimal position to reach the station and other services on foot, as well as the promenade! If I return to Porto San Giorgio, it will be my first choice! Congratulations Caterina and thank you

A fantastic accommodation with a lot of privacy. The outdoor kitchen was one of our highlights. Ramiro took care of all our concerns, which he did excellently. He was always available and also came by every two days to clean the pool. He always asked for permission beforehand and was always super friendly. The accommodation is dog and child friendly. Absolutely recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Maria Piera and Pierluigi welcomed us very warmly and felt very welcome. We got to taste their excellent red wine and vino cotto right away. We also got grapes and figs from the garden. The house is spacious and well-equipped, especially the laundry facilities were especially good. The garden is large and very beautiful with its roses and olive and fruit trees. Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

The cozy accommodation is located in a quiet location in the middle of a romantic mountain village with a wonderful view. The amenities are good, WiFi is available, and there is free parking nearby. A very good starting point for hikes in the Monti Sibillini. Supermarket, bakery and bars are within walking distance. Marco was easy to reach and helpful - he even sent us a forgotten item by mail.
