It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Quiet and beautiful apartment in Aschaffenburg

The attic apartment in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, closed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.
