Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Private house near Saint Emilion, riverside

Xavier and Stephanie's house was an excellent house for a family holiday which we just had with our 8 and 9 year olds. It is located down a beautiful quiet road outside Libourne on the banks of the Dordogbe. We used car/bicycle to get very easy access to shops and restaurants. We could cycle to the boulangerie and market in Libourne in the mornings to get fresh food and it was also a very scenic cycle to Saint-Émilion which is just 25 to 30 mins on bike or 10mins by car. The house is really spacious with a big area for the kids to play outside or for anyone to relax or eat on the outdoor seats and furniture. It is really private and peaceful with the lots of birdsong and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Xavier and Stephanie thought of everything in the house. The sheets and towels and kitchen crockery and utensils were of excellent quality. This was one of the best holidays we ever had and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you for everything!

Rental faithful to the images of the site. Beautiful house decorated with taste, very family-friendly. An ideal exterior to enjoy evenings outdoors. Close to St Emilion and Libourne. Thanks to Bénédicte for her hospitality, we don't miss anything in the house. Large rooms, great for a family stay. Nearby water for swimming. An ideal reservation for lovers of style homes looking for peace and quiet. I almost forgot Charlie, the house cat, who is too cute and very calm.

The most beautiful house with immaculate grounds and pool. Marie- Christine is a lovely host and met us on arrival to show us around. The house has very spacious stylish rooms, with everything we needed and it has a well equipped kitchen. There was some lovely homemade fig jam and wine on arrival.
