We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Gurneet and Abhinav were excellent hosts and made it clear that they care about guests and their comfort. While discussing travel plans, the topic of us having an EV came up. Although they drive a Tesla, Abhinav immediately did some research on chargers compatible with our IONIQ 5 and provided me with a list of those nearby. Top of the line appliances, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, beautiful shower with excellent water pressure, and having control of HVAC directly (you can't take that for granted in sectioned Airbnb rentals) and a heated floor where it matters most. We ran into an issue with the provided frying pan, a previous guest had essentially destroyed it. This was discovered late on Christmas Eve, and it was replaced with a brand new set ASAP on Boxing Day. A kettle was provided upon request. Gurneet also let us know they would have guests for Christmas and apologized in advance for additional noise we may hear. We look forward to being able to stay again on our next visit!

Honestly, one of the best choices I ever mage for Airbnb bookings! Spectacular house, cozy vibe in decorations and interior, so much space, very bright, only three separate rooms (I had just one neighbour and he was same as me very quiet and respectful) , perfect kitchen, has everything needed. Huge fridge decided into tree rooms by stickers (!) very useful and visually transparent solutions! Parking always has some spots, easy to access the house, WiFi worked perfectly, bathroom is very clean and there are spaces and shelves for each room so you know where to store your things. Confirm room temperature. Very quiet neighbourhood (townhouse district), close to all needed shops/groceries/pharmacies and etc. I liked it a lot and hope to have a chance in future to book it again

We needed a place in North London that could house family for our parents anniversary party. The house is in a great neighbourhood. Good trails nearby for walking too. It's easy to find and the checkin process was straightforward as well. We had no problem fitting three vehicles in the driveway. The house is close to the mall and shopping / restaurants in London. The four bedrooms are very big and each has a king bed. 2 1/2 baths made getting ready in the morning very easy. We messaged Kati a couple times over the weekend and she was quick with a response. Similarly, checking out was easy without extra work that had to be done. We didn't cook at Kati's beyond morning coffee. Never used the stove, oven or BBQ to review those things. It's functional more than luxurious with a few couches, two dining tables and a large TV. Our group didn't need more than the bare essentials and Kati's place gave us what we needed.
