This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. From the exposed beams to the classic kitchen, the decor and to the fire place, the home brings a warm, old world feel to a perfect intersection with today's comforts and luxuries. The Master Bedroom hosts it's own private bathroom, where the Guest Room provides two beds for our variety of guests. Two open air balconies side the house, and the living room presents you with a fireplace that can be used at any time.

The apartment is located in the centre of Kalampaka, one block away from both Town Hall Square and Dimoula Square, at a walking distance from all the local restaurants,bars and shops. The train, bus and taxi station are at a walking distance(5-10 mins). The apartment is perfect for famillies as well as groups of friends. You can enjoy the view of Meteora and Profitis Ilias from its balconies. The apartment features free WI-FI. There is free parking space in the surrounding streets.

Ideal for hunters, friends of sports on the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the residence.
