Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arta

Uno de los mejores Airbnb donde hemos estado, sin duda! Nos sentimos como en casa. Las anfitrionas fueron super amables, nos dieron indicaciones y recomendaciones y la casa estaba muy limpia y totalmente equipada. Su ubicación, en la parte de Metora vieja está muy n un barrio acogedor y es perfecta para comenzar la ruta de senderismo hacia los monasterios. ojalá volver y poder quedarnos en esta casa otra vez!

Ρούλα est une hôte vraiment très gentille, très accueillante et vraiment serviable La maison est très belle, elle a l'air neuve, il y a une petite allée où mettre la voiture Je recommande vivement

Doreta is one of the most welcoming hostes we've ever met! The villa is absolutely beautiful. we had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come again!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και λειτουργικό. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ειδικά ως προς την θέρμανση, παρόλο που χιόνιζε όλες τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας, δεν καταλάβαμε καθόλου κρύο.

Πάρα πολύ όμορφος χώρος, ιδανικός για ένα ήσυχο τριήμερο δίπλα στη φύση. Το σπιτάκι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Θα ξαναπηγαίναμε σίγουρα!

Vaggelis’ place is spacious , is indeed in the shadows of monasteries above and the town is walkable in 5 minutes. All the rooms are spacious. There are 1.5 baths and good hot water but the shower is hand held but not walk in. Vaggelis’ brother (Costas) met us and let us in. He was super helpful all the time. The fridge was well stocked when we arrived with water, bread, cheese, ham, milk, wine. The local town of Kalabaka is surprisingly large and full of cafes, bars and restaurants. The monasteries nearby are a 10-15 minute drive and are well worth the trip. But they can be busy and we weren’t even mid season early May. So get to them early or at lunchtime when the coach parties have gone for lunch. And be ready to climb steps. Lots of them.

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός τακτοποιημένος και άνετος όπως περιγράφεται και φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες επίσης υπήρχε ησυχία . Η οικοδέσποινα έδειξε ενδιαφέρον κατά την άφιξη και κατά την διαμονή μας και την ευχαριστώ για αυτό . Ευχαρίστως θα πρότεινα και σε άλλους να επισκεφτούν το μέρος η ακόμα και εγώ θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σε μελλοντική μου επίσκεψη στα Γιάννενα

We hebben met plezier in het huis verbleven. Locatie is erg goed, heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van het centrum. De host reageerde snel, het contact was digitaal. Hij was flexibel, we mochten eerder inchecken wat we heel erg waardeerde. Het huis zelf is groot, genoeg voorzieningen en comfortabel. Fijn dat er handdoeken, shampoo en wasmiddel waren! Over het algemeen hebben we een goede ervaring gehad in dit appartement.

Άψογο το σπίτι, η γειτονιά, και η επικοινωνία. Στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια είχες τα πάντα, φαγητό, ποτό, ψώνια, το κάστρο με την λίμνη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα εμένα στο ίδιο σπίτι. 🥰

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, πολύ προσεγμένα όλα και καθαρά. Σε πολλή καλή τοποθεσία, πηγαίναμε στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων με τα πόδια. Ήταν δίπλα σε εστιατόρια καφέ και μπαράκια. Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!!! Τα 5 ⭐️ είναι λίγα!!!

A casa é linda e muito confortável. É muito melhor que as fotos. A casa é completa, com tudo que se precisa para passar vários dias. Com 20 minutos de caminhada você está no porto rodeado de restaurantes. Próximo também estão praias e mirantes. As roupas de cama e toalhas são extremamente limpas e confortáveis. Ficaria outras vezes e recomendo também. Conta com lugar para deixar o carro e possui bom wi-fi

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! The villa is simply amazing—every room is comfortable and impeccably clean. The attention to detail is impressive, and it truly has everything you might need. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment spent there. While the road can be a bit challenging on the first visit, it’s definitely worth it. We wholeheartedly recommend this place! Special thanks to Barbara—she’s fantastic! We can’t wait to return sometime in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. We really enjoyed staying here! The view from the balconies is amazing and the house is very spacious. It is close to Nidri and restaurants, it is walkable but a bit steep, since we had little children we had to take the car (which was also no problem and only was a 5 min. drive). The hosts are very friendly and will help you wherever possible! Would really recommend this place!

Magical spot in a magical town. You are steps away from great hiking amongst the towering rocks and a short walk to some excellent restaurants. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer.

Villa very modern, clean, private, had everything we needed, spacious with wonderful views. Great location if you want to explore local area and beyond, with some great beaches nearby. Hubert is a great host, clear instructions on where to meet when we got there, always attentive if we needed anything and happy to provide any recommendations on where to eat/visit. Would highly recommend the Villa, especially with Hubert making it a great holiday.

Charming stone house located on a hillside with a beautiful view outside the picture window in the living room. We ate breakfast outside on the covered porch every morning with the birds singing. Although the town was not drivable, the house was very accessible to the parking and the host arranged for someone to help us bring our luggage to the house. Paris responded immediately to our requests, which were minor. He even met us for coffee one day at a nearby village to be sure that we had good information and ideas for local hikes and how to best take advantage of the opportunities of the region. At the house there is a full description of the many hikes and restaurants in the area. Paris seemed genuinely concerned with our comfort and our enjoyment of the Zagori.
