This century-old space was once a school with a house for classes and a house for the teachers to live. The ancients say that it was previously habited by the monks of the Vilela Monastery. This space is located in a quiet area, with good access and just 20 min. from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) and 25 minutes from Porto. About 30 min. we find the beautiful cities of Amarante, Guimarães, Braga and Santo Tirso. About 10 minutes away we find Paços de Ferreira, Paredes, Lousada and Penafiel.
