Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arpoador

Consistent with all the other 5 star reviews - great place, great location, great host. Exactly as described and could not have been easier, cleaner, safer, better equipped, or better in anyway. Highly recommend for a weekend stay in Rio!

We love Richard's apartment, it's exactly the same as in the pictures, very modern. It responded very quickly, next to the apartment there is a 24hr parking lot which made it very easy for us to arrive with luggage, since we arrived by car. It is 5 minutes from the metro station (General Osorio). Pena that when we went the washing machine was defective, but he informed that he was already going to repair it. If they need to make food, the kitchen utensils are very basic. But the pots are exactly. It has a minibar and a freezer. Bed linen and towels are excellent. I hope you helped the next guests with the information, but I loved the apartment very much, very beautiful and cozy. It would again be on it!

The host was very communicative and the place was gorgeous! Great wifi, air conditioning, and the washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. A great location to be both a tourist and an observer of everyday life in Rio de Janeiro.

Again, I chose Daniel for my breaks. He's a super friendly, approachable person, and you feel very confident being able to contact him. I recommend it 100%. My third year of vacation will definitely be in one of your apartments, the best of the best.

I can say that I had a wonderful experience during the stay. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the hosts were extremely responsive and caring. The environment was clean, organized and welcoming — I felt really at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I had a perfect stay in this beautiful and modern apartment. The place is very airy and bright. The bed is very comfortable and I had one of the best nights of sleep. I also want to mention that the apartment is very quiet and nothing distracts you while you sleep or work at home. The building and the surrounding area also seem very safe. I will definitely be back.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

I spent three weeks at Judite´s place and it was great! By far the best place I´ve stayed while in Rio. Very good location, close to the beach, safe, full of restaurants and bars walking distance, and a supermarket across the road. The place itself is very comfortable, clean, it has everything I needed, and very spacious. She´s very friendly and even came by to say hello. I definitely recommend her place.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

Spectacular the stay in the apartment very comfortable, it is as described, we were 3 each with their room and quietly we could have been 5 comfortable, everything excellent, bathrooms, kitchen. A fantastic experience

Sidney was very helpful to our one member of our group that had a later flight, which she really appreciated. Sidney supplied great information ahead of time which helped us with planning. It took us a couple of days to figure out where things were around the condo. It’s close to the beach and there was an evening open air market for souvenirs, local art, hats, tshirts etc. right along the road next to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there.
