Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arpino

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Casa bellissima, accogliente e molto pulita; in una posizione comoda e centrale. Margherita è stata molto precisa nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per il check in e per il soggiorno in generale! Super consigliato!

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

Bella esperienza che ripeteremo senz'altro se torneremo a Pescocostanzo. Posto auto proprio sotto casa, molto comodo. Grazie Christian

Perfekt for oss midt i gamlebyen med en fantastisk helt usjenert takterrasse med 365 grader utsikt over byen og havet. Topp koselig leilighet med alt vi hadde behov for,- flott innredet med stue og et stort soverom og en koselig kontorplass. I tillegg til et bra kjøkken med alt vi hadde behov for. Midt i sentrum av gamlebyen med torg og flere restauranter i nærheten og en liten nærbutikk rundt hjørnet med ferske brød og alt vi trengte. Pulserende Italiensk liv. Så at noen i sin kommentar antydet støy fra restaurant på bakkeplan. Litt høylytt Italiensk på lørdag men for oss var det bare sjarmerende og det er bare å lukke vinduet så unngår man støyen. Så også i en kommentar at det manglet brannvarsler i leiligheten. Det stemmer ikke,- brannvarsler er montert. Oppsummering fra oss,- perfekt!

Bellissima Frattura, e Adamo è un host speciale, sempre molto disponibile. La casa è ordinata e pulita. I dintorni sono bellissimi.

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

L'alloggio di Stefania è comodo e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'appartamento è accogliente, ordinato e pulitissimo, fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Situato in zona strategica, affaccia sulla villa comunale, a due passi dal Corso e con fermate degli autobus (urbani ed extraurbani) praticamente sotto casa. Serena è molto gentile, precisa nelle indicazioni, risponde velocemente ai messaggi. Una bella, comoda soluzione per chi desidera conoscere, o rivedere, Sulmona e dintorni

Chalet bellissimo e pulitissimo nel tranquillissimo borgo di Roccacinquemiglia. Un oasi per la mente e l'anima. Risvegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli e immersi nella natura non ha prezzo. Posizione strategica per arrivare ovunque con pochi minuti di macchina. Alessandro disponibilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

Abbiamo soggiornato ottimamente. La casa è dotata di ogni confort per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole . Ampi e comodi spazi, grazioso giardino. Collocata in zona tranquilla. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile .

Come già accaduto l’anno scorso, anche questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato semplicemente MAGNIFICO! Eleonora e Andrea sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e autentiche: mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo luogo a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della riconnessione con la natura e, soprattutto, con se stesso.

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!

Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux dans cette belle villa. L'accueil a été excellent, nous avons eu les consignes et tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Notre arrivée s'est très bien passée et nous avons les consignes pour y accéder rapidement. Même durant le séjour, Luigi a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. La villa est très confortable, située dans un environnement très calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Les commerces sont près à 5 minutes en voiture voire y aller à pieds. La plage est à 20 minutes à pieds. La villa possède tout le confort moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses. Tout est en ordre et meublé avec gout. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Luigi prend soin des voyageurs, en laissant quelques denrées pour débuter le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et l'hôte.

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
